We look after the legal side of residential property sales, purchases and remortgage. We act for corporate clients, 'High Street' Lenders and individuals wishing to change their mortgage product from one brand to another.
We are based in Maidenhead but provide services to customers and clients nationwide. We are available for personal meetings with our local clients and available on the phone for our clients who are based elsewhere in the country.

If there was anything wrong with the documents that we needed to provide to them, they would tell us straight away what we needed to do and what other info we needed to provide them, so that our remortgage was a smooth transition. I would recommend them to anybody.
