We look after the legal side of residential property sales, purchases and remortgage. We act for corporate clients, 'High Street' Lenders and individuals wishing to change their mortgage product from one brand to another.
We are based in Maidenhead but provide services to customers and clients nationwide. We are available for personal meetings with our local clients and available on the phone for our clients who are based elsewhere in the country.

Aug 05,2024My experience was very frustrating in the beginning as I had big communication issues with my first case handler (inability to reach her, being bombarded with documents I couldn't understand etc.) However, As soon as the case was handed over to Mrs Zeba Khan, my experience completely shifted. Mrs. Khan preferred phone calls over emails which was great as this gave me the space and opportunity to ask my questions and completely understand what I am paying for. Zeba was responsive, super efficient, professional, and client-centred. She made the whole process super smooth, and eventually, we completed everything on time!

The online portal made it very easy to upload documents and track our remortgage. The built in messaging feature was really useful and our case handler Jessica Johnson was always very quick at responding and very helpful/polite. They completed our remortgage on the date we requested. Would definitely use them again for remortgaging :).

The portal was easy to use even for me, when I needed to ask a question Jess my allocated worker responded really quickly and my questions answered. I was also able to talk to her on the phone for the questions that were not straight forward to ask, I loved the way I can log in and see the progress. Jul 30,2024Gordans solicitors was polite. My only disappointment was I was chraged for gordans to send funds to my solicitor total £220 because they had to deal with a 3rd party solicitor (just to send the funds seems unfair tbh)
