We are based in Maidenhead but provide services to customers and clients nationwide. We are available for personal meetings with our local clients and available on the phone for our clients who are based elsewhere in the country.

Jun 04,2024Remortgaged to another company. Shocking experience with Gordon’s. Hardly any contact with my ‘case manager’. I genuinely thought their email was a just a generic office email address! Had 6 months run up to complete for day of old mortgage ending. All documents and information requested I sent same or next day. Completion date fell over Easter Bank Holiday which wasn’t picked up or planned for. Then last minute running around led to further delays. Completion took a further 3 weeks meaning I doubled up on mortgage payments in the short term. Made a formal complaint which was acknowledged but never responded to further. Bloody awful. Wouldn’t go near them again or trust them with my property.

My main point of contact communicated well, kept me informed at every step and made sure someone filled in when he was away from his desk for a few days. There were a couple of minor process hiccups with forms (for which I shared responsibility) but they were resolved very quickly and easily and the whole process was painless. I would definitly recommend this firm.
