We look after the legal side of residential property sales, purchases and remortgage. We act for corporate clients, 'High Street' Lenders and individuals wishing to change their mortgage product from one brand to another.
We are based in Maidenhead but provide services to customers and clients nationwide. We are available for personal meetings with our local clients and available on the phone for our clients who are based elsewhere in the country.

There were some niggles at the beginning, with mistakes about the property details, which I did have to chase to have corrected by phone, as the portal messages were not being actioned. However once that was corrected, the rest was pretty seamless and now everything has moved over smoothly to the new lender. Process took around 4-6 weeks in total.

Jun 09,2024Communication is awful of case worked Georgia would take days to reply and was very snotty in her replies. Had to pay to send a letter twice and they lost the first one and then once received the second one happen to find the first letter! Change of name is illegal what they want me to get done after speak to a lawyer it’s very much illgeal. They never keep you in the loop you have to message all the time for updates. Find a different company to use!!
