Apr 02,2022There was no queue, so I was able to go in and register straight away. The staff were helpful and my request for a printout of the result met with no opposition. I was presented with an exit ticket for the expensive short-stay airport car park which was worth having. The actual test was painless and quick and I was soon on my way. Altogether a very smooth and efficient set-up.

Amazing, friendly, extremely helpful. I couldn't get the URL open to make an appointment, so they did it for me on their laptops. Above and beyond, I can't thank them enough for their help.

Customers services were very friendly and helpful, and were able to rapidly identify and confirm which laboratory my sample went to, and send me an e-mail confirming that.
