Feb 05,2025They take care of the switch over without stress. They are efficient and clear up after themselves with as little disruption as possible. We had the password to log onto new internet emailed to us before the engineer had cleared his tools away. We have had no problems since installation and a phone call to ensure we are happy with service. The price is very competitive and all staff I have met or spoken to are polite and eager to help in any way.

Once installed my broadband was up and running and I can't believe how much quicker it is than Sky . 5 stars to Sam for her patience with me and her excellent work . Would definitely recommend.

Feb 05,2025After a slightly bitter experience where I had to fight to have the router free standing as opposed to being fastened to my living room wall I have to say thet so far the broadband service has been good with more importantly, excellent customer service. I was concerned with the quality of the wifi nut had that issue resolved but the unexpected follow up call boosted my impression of the customer service to a level rarely reached. I was called by Codie regarding my recent concerns and she listened to everything I said and made notes as I mentioned my experience with the install. She did not pretend to listen then spout out something irrelevant as is more prevelant with many companies these days. We had an amicable conversations as should be expected between two adults and showed her expertise as a customer service representative. I value Customer service above everything and Codie was one of very few people who managed to exceed my expectations.
