Feb 21,2025I've had no problems with the broadband or WiFi and WiFi extension works great especially out doors and connection has never gone faulty to turn my device off to refigure when the Internet goes off and its fully fibre optic right upto the router so no copper leads getting plugged into from the wall to the router and speed is really fast when playing online

The customer service team very professional and were ladies and gentlemen very polite and friendly and helpful. I can’t thank them all enough. I would suggest that everyone who needs WiFi to check grain out before you look or go with any other WiFi provider. And Jessica from customer service is a very professional, polite helpful and such a lovely lady. I’m mr Darren Butters a very happy and satisfied customer.

Feb 21,2025Grain is the best broadband provider I've experienced. I switched from Virgin to Grain due to rising prices and no service improvements. Grain offers similar speed. Grain's service is better than Virgin's. They promptly fixed faults and informed me Overall, an excellent company.

Feb 21,2025Excellent service on the day of installation, the engineer, Paddy, was polite courteous and very helpful. Had a few issues getting to the point of installation but Grain sorted it very well. If you’re thinking about making the switch, don’t! Just do it, it’s a win win.

Feb 21,2025I read a leaflet from Grain and as I was Finishing with EE due to a price rise, I enquired and Found That for less money I could get more from GRAIN. The engineers arrive on the date and time I had requested and had the broadband system up and running in no time, they also cleaned up after them-selves and explained everything in laymen's terms to me (73yrs Old ) . a outstanding customer service to boot.
