Feb 22,2025Worst customer service experience I recall having, initially given wrong information on deals when first signing up, was informed they decided the salesperson didn’t give me wrong information and that I just misheard, in spite of me actively taking notes while talking, came to renew contract and they double charged without warning, to which they have replied basically “sorry, tough.” claiming to be an issue with a payment 15 months ago. The frontline staff are nice, however if you need anything escalating above them, expect no support in the slightest.
