Mar 02,2025I have the highest package of grain gigabytes... Worthless... Waste Internet service ... Poor connection 20mbps inspite of gigabytes package 🥵😡😡... Poor coverage... Forcing customers to buy extenders... Their Internet coverage and speed was good at my home only during first one week of connecting with grain on Feb 2025 at Manchester. However from second week onwards it was totally bad.. As a remote worker, I faced very poor signal unstability issue during teams call remote access till now.. I have a TP link extender. But no use... However, if there is no Internet connection in the Grain router then how will an extender can provide ? GRAIN CONNECT put my job in trouble and I'm mentally stressed daily. Grain connect'S customer service is tooooo bad.. Whenever I call grain Customer service, they are literally forcing me to buy their extenders to make additional money out of that. Customer service easily fooling remote working based customers. They believe that customer of this kind will definitely buy whatever grain connect demands. Finally, im facing great loss with grain connect. I never knew Grain connect are big cheaters. I will be happy only if they give good Internet speed and signal coverage like how it was in the beginning without any additional extenders.

Feb 28,2025The engineer, Masi showed up on time. We discussed where the equipment would be attached. He was very respectful, taking off his work boots even though I didn't ask him to. I wasn't sure if the appointment would be cancelled as it was raining, but that wasn't a problem. Masi left the work area clean and tidy. We did a test to see that everything was working and I'm very happy with it, the speed is excellent even though I went with the lowest one.

Zak was a decent bloke who was very friendly during the install, took time to entertain our little boy who was interested in his tools and what he was doing and left the workspace clean and tidy after he had finished

Feb 27,2025To provide Grain Connect Fibre broadband Charlie carried out a survey yesterday afternoon and today the service was installed.Charlie even nicely levelled the ground leaving it neat and tidy where the cable was buried.To complete my Hive Hub I connected the Hive ethernet cable unknowingly to the incorrect port. I called the Grain Connect engineer and quickly became aware of the error but I was more pleased that the engineer patiently gave me directions and waited till my hive hub was fully active.In this short time I must say the services provided by Grain Connect has started very efficiently.The personnels ,to include the customer service department too, have proved to be brilliant so has been well worth me waiting since I had showed interest two years ago.I recommend this Fibre broadband company.

Mar 02,2025The installation date on my property was 28/02/25 the installation was a tidy job however I had to get my shovel out when I got home from work to dig my own trench out in the front garden for the communications wire to lay in. Not ideal.
