Feb 25,2025Had grain broadband installed today, very quick service and prices are very good compared to other providers. I was previously a loyal virgin media customer the prices were almost double had no choice but to cancel. The upload speeds are much faster ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Feb 24,2025Such an easy transition from sky to grain. Customer service was great. The young lad that came to install it was really friendly. Did what he had to do. No mess left and even helped me re set my tv. What more can you ask for. Early days. But would definitely recommend.

Feb 24,2025I recently switched from Virgin to Grain as a I couldn’t stand the ridiculous price increases and such bad customer service. Grain were super helpful and friendly. I managed to get an installation on 20th Feb (the day after having a survey done). They put their router into bridge mode for me and although I had to reset and reconfigure my router which was a slight inconvenience, it’s all working now and the speeds are incredible! FTTP really is what it says it is on the tin. All this for more than half the price of Virgin! If you have Grain available in your area, I would definitely recommend you sign up. Massive thanks to both customer support and tech support.

Feb 22,2025Contract with my previous provider ended, saw Grain's prices and offers and thought "Too good to be true, surely?". Well, it's true to it's word! 19th of Feb, engineer 'Zak' arrived within the timeframe and was brilliant the whole time of installing my broadband. Communicative and professional in what he was doing, informed me of what he had done during the installation and now upon writing this review on 22nd of Feb. My broadband is still at it's best speed with no dips in performance and all devices have connected flawlessly! I could not recommend Grain highly enough, if your contract with your provider is due to expire, think about the switch to Grain!

Feb 22,2025Everything from signing up to installation to a smooth running service. Sign up online was super easy too. I signed up on the Sunday, a surveyor came and made sure connection was possible on the Monday and my service was installed on the Wednesday. The engineer who installed Grain was very polite and explained how everything worked before leaving too. Definitely recommend.

Feb 22,2025Hi There is no word to describe about the GRAIN service i am receiving from last 3 years i never had a break down never went the speed down its always the same fastest internet speed ever had I have been using virgin from more than 5 years but always had an issue with them price increases every year internet speed go down then GRAIN came to my area from that time i am with grain believe me i never had any issues and the best thing is GRAIN never charge me extra or increased the prices so once again thank you very much garin team for the best service
