Loved that you could sign in using a QR code of the password. I would recommend. The customer service representatives have been very helpful also. Can't fault anything

Feb 26,2025I didn’t get the name of the engineer but he was really professional, friendly and efficient. A credit to the company. In fairness from signing up to booking the installation and having WiFi installed the customer service has been excellent. Would definitely recommend.

The work he carried out to install the broadband was to a high level leaving no mess. He was very friendly and had great communication. I’m extremely happy.

Always ensured that he discussed every step of the installation with us to make sure that we were happy with how everything was fitted. In all really fast installation and great customer service to get us up and running.
