WiFi speed in my new flat is great and Grain have been great to deal with and so helpful. Had a courtesy call from Mirren who was great and very helpful.
Only just ordered the WiFi. However sam did a grate job talking me through it and helping me set up with all visits for the people to come and install, will be back after everything is running

We’ve been with Grain for a year now and the service has been brilliant. The server has only gone down twice (both times were in the morning) but after a call to Grain we were told engineers were already working on the problem. And the server was back up within the hour on both occasions. Excellent service, we would highly recommended as a local internet provider. Great value for money too!

I was nervous to take the leap but I've been with them since December 2023 and I've been so impressed. We are a family of gamers and have high requirements for download speed and stability. Speeds are fantastic, we can download large games in minutes. We've had the very occasional drop out but it's never been for more than 5 minutes (usually much less). The price and customer service is fantastic. I'd say the only downside is the wall mounted box which is a bit ugly and was mounted a bit wonky but other than that I'm really happy with Grain connect.

After a massive price rise with my old provider I decided it was time to jump ship. My neighbour has had Grain installed for a couple of months and told me it had proved very realiable, with them currently being the only company able to provide FTTP to my address at this time I thought I'd give them a go. I was nicely surprised to find very fair prices for each of their packages. Today their engineer, Liam attended my property on time and presented himself very well, explained the install process to me, just as customer services had done when I signed up. He completed a very nice tidy install in a timely manner and demostrated the service working correctly. Only down side for me is that fact that they dont have a seperate ONT and Router like other providers, meaning that your router has to be wall mounted on a rather clunky bracket to ensure the fibre is protected; however the engineer installed it in a nice discreet location for me tucked out the way. So far, so good... lets hope it stays this way. Liam is an absolute credit to the company! Thank you.
Absolutely spot on service all round. As an ISP, no faults with the service at all, super fast speeds, the Zyxcel router has impeccable range for me, dropping minimal signal across my entire apartment. My only gripe would be that for installation the router needed installing on the wall, but that’s a minor thing but understandable given that it’s a direct fibre line. From a customer service perspective, all of the staff have been super friendly and polite, even if there were some bumps at the start. I’ll be honest I didn’t have the best of starts with being in contact with Grain, as initially I filled in a form online stating that I’d be interested AFTER my contract with Virgin Media ended, then someone got in contact to make me aware of a switch and ditch offer (which at that point wouldn’t be applicable for me as I still had 10 months on my other contract), but we agreed that someone would be in touch with me in December to organise this. No issue here at all… until I get a phone call a week later to have the exact same conversation… and then a week later, the same phone call again… and again… after the second and third call I explained that I’ve already had this conversation with another rep, and then by the fourth time I stopped the rep talking at the start of the call and explained that I’ve had this conversation 3 times prior. They were super apologetic and managed to put a stop to it. Other than that though, they’ve been absolutely spot on, and the switch and ditch offer has been amazing as I’m still stuck in a contact with Virgin Media for a quarter of the speed at the same price with a router in the same place as the Grain router and can’t connect to it from my bedroom… in a 1 bed flat.
