Jan 23,2025Although I cannot comment on the speed of the broadband yet as we have just gone live, I cannot fault the customer experience we have received. From initial enquiries I made over the phone (and to my delight no pushy salespeople, just informative and genuinely wanting to help), to the surveyor on the property, and ultimately the guy who installed - they’re all a credit to your company. I’ve called your phone lines a few times and used the call back function which have all been returned in less than 30 minutes (unlike your competitors!!). Hoping the speed is as good as the service and we will be lifelong customers. 5*

Jan 21,2025Just be warned that grain will send you emails four months before the end of your contract trying to get you to renew at an increased price that will end your contract, and start your higher bill on the next month. Grain tried to get me to sign up to a 30% increase over four months before my contact ended. This would have jacked our prices up for at least 3 months of our contract. Extremely underhanded. Make sure to read emails from them carefully to check when your contact actually ends so you don't get caught out paying more unnecessarily.

Jan 24,2025I’ve had to block your number and opted out many times from your text messages. I’ve spoken to someone and asked them to remove my number as I’m not interested. But even with your number blocked I’m somehow still getting messages. It’s literally getting too much now.
