Jan 16,2025Installation appointment was swift and effective - engineer was waiting outside 5 mins before the agreed time. Neat, efficient and friendly, he even offered to lay cables in place on an unused TV aerial to avoid the need to make an additional hole in the wall.

It is so easy to use and I have a 4 story house and I have children who both are gamers on the top floor without issues. Jan 14,2025Some months ago, Grain began in my road to install new fibres or whatever the technology is. A card was put through the door but it was too soon to change. However when the sales gent rang my bell, I had no hesitation to change because my existing company's connection was poor, although officially it showed it was fine, my TV was constantly showing WiFi was not connected and I'd have to either wait or have to reconnect. Within 5 days, I'd had an assessment and the router was fitted in my front room. It is mounted on the wall and not once have I lost connection with WiFi. From the customer service when I first had it fitted, to the charming gent who fitted the router, I can 100 per cent recommend the quality of the broadband.

Jan 16,2025I’ve been with Grain not long I like the service I get with Grain i’ve been with sky broadband for many years not happy with the service and the price is changing in fixed contracts with BT not as long as Sky but i think Grain does good speeds great service
