The instalation was smooth the young man was lovely and explained the process. I recommend to give it a try. Had a curtesy call after instalation and the equipment in your home is very professional looking and attached to wall. Overall a excellent experience.

Jan 28,2025I was bit confused to switch because I was with Virgin media since 20 years . But there prices has gone up and they put prices up every year . This made me to think about new provider and grain was new name for me . I thought it might be there internet not fast but I'm really glad to say there broadband speed is faster than virgin. I'm happy with my decision and the engineer who came to instal the line in was very friendly . Price is lower than virgin and the customer service is local based and easy to connect. Definitely recommend to others.

Jan 28,2025Ashley was brilliant he did everything to the best he was straight forward no messing about. He asked nicely where I'd want the router and told me exactly what he's going to be doing and how long it would take. He did everything he said he going to. Once done he got it activated and boom the Internet wifi was on. As soon as he left I decided to check the speed of the Internet and it stated at like 400mbps for 1gig package deal but like 5 mins later it was hitting 700 then after 5pm it was actually hitting 1gig speeds
