You can tell how good a company is by how they perform when things go wrong. We are impressed by Grain’s Customer Service and their actions following complaints. Our old landline phone couldn't connect to the router so Grain promptly posted an adapter to us. We also complained that the thick black cable and staples laid inside the house looked terrible against the white walls. Within a few working days an engineer was back to fit a thinner white cable inside the house. Everything has worked fine and today our original Landline number was available via the optical fibre within two weeks of the installation (the minimum time for it to be achieved) and this was the same day as our copper-wire landline contract finished. So we had no interruption of our landline service and did not require use of the temporary number that Grain supplied. We have also benefited from Grain's 'Switch and Ditch' offer as our copper-wire landline contract still had 6 months remaining.
Chris came and connected us up and was very friendly and helpful. Prompt arrival time too. Also cleaned up afterwards and I happened to break my ankle while he was here and he was lovely and again really helpful. Excellent Wi-Fi signal no problems at all. Would highly recommend Grain and will probably stay forever :)
I wish I had done it sooner!. Anthony the engineer from grain came today today to complete my switch from my previous supplier. Very pleasant guy who explained what was happening and had the task done in no time, no mess, no problem,and to top it all, less than HALF the price! YES half the price I've been paying my old supplier. If your thinking of switching look no further than Grain

Customer services is how it should be. Real people on the end of a phone here in the UK. Not a patronising call centre in far flung foeriegn lands. Service was prompt and as per spec. No quibble no hassle. The actual internet connection and equipment blows Sky, BT out of the water in my area for cost, quality and stability. Hands down the best Ive had ..
Engineer Masi did a fantastic job fitting the new router, gave advice where to fit it and made a lovely job of it. All neat and tidy and no mess left. Lovely customer service. Engineer who came for initial survey was also fantastic. Internet seems to be working 👍 no problems.
Spoke to Danny and he explained everything to me nice and easy. Grain will be cancelling my old broadband provider for me, and I won't have to wait long for installation. Very good customer service.

These guys are the best... when it comes to customer service.... god i love them. Been with them for 2 years now... not i single issue... fast internet...man i love this company... if only other telecom companies where like this...(Virgin Media, EE could learn a lot from these guys).
I gave them 4 stars mainly due to the excellent job done by the installation engineer, the good internet speed, and the reasonable price. However, it's not 5 stars because of their customer service. I initially signed up, set up a direct debit, and arranged a survey, but then received an unexpected message saying my broadband service had been cancelled before the installation even happened. Despite this, they didn’t take any steps to correct their mistake or assist me further. After nearly two weeks of waiting and almost giving up, I had to sign up again and call to rearrange an installation, which eventually went smoothly.
