Nov 06,2024The broad band once fitted has ran well. The installation was not done on the scheduled day due to a admin problem. My telephone number was not transferred but I am told it will be in 2 days time. Good friendly customer Support .

The customer service and technical support are great you reach people who know what they are talking about and you get a great deal. For me as a business it is important that I am able to reach a support person when I need it and don't wait 3 or more hours on the phone just to be told they don't know like with Virgin. Grain has been really great when we needed them.

Nov 01,2024It’s been punctuality and transparency from the very beginning. Very few of the 4 or 5 people I have interacted with so far have met each other, but they operate seamlessly like a well oiled machine. The people are warm and friendly, and very accommodating. It’s early days yet, but so far it’s been an outstanding customer experience, and I’m quite optimistic about a great ongoing relationship. They’re not just an internet service provider; they really do care, and that comes across with every staff member you talk to. Zak came through with a very clean and professional installation. He came on time, did a very efficient job, explaining everything along the way, and tidied everything up quite nicely. The actual internet service? Very fast! I highly recommend!

Nov 01,2024Just switched over to Grain after being with the previous supplier Virgin for the last 11 years. Initially looked at Grain because of the their pricing and speeds. However, I have been very impressed with every level of service from the initial web chat, to the installation and a handling of the switch over. The broadband speed is nearly 3 times faster than my previous supplier and seems very constant (so far). Also at a 3rd of the cost although that did include a phone & TV package. Keep up the good work Grain.
