Nov 18,2024Lovely young man brightened my day when he came to install grain. He was very friendly and informative and polite. He worked well and cleaned up when he had finished. He also made a fuss of my little old staffie . I happily give him 5 stars plus.

Nov 18,2024I have been with talk talk for 8 years wish I switched sooner, but im very better the devil you know mindset. So glad I changed over though the price for what you get is amazing! I was currently on 57mb for £32.99 a month and with grain I get a whooping 900mb difference for £25.99 so much less! I'm so happy with the speed difference, I have children who like to use multiple devices so it's so much better there's no lagging or buffering the engineer christpher Alston was very polite and did the job within the hour and answered any questions I asked about the internet credit to him very pleased with the outcome thanks grain 1 happy customer :)

He went above and beyond to ensure a difficulty he came across was completed successfully. Up and running in no time. Fantastic, should have switched sooner. Sorry I didn't catch his name.

Nov 15,2024I actually watched how the grain was fitted and found it very fascinating and the engineer actually left me to watch he even tried to show me the fibre but it was soo small you could barely see it which made me feel even more interested in it the guy was lovely who fitted it not got any complaints at all he even made sure it all worked perfectly before he left
