Nov 21,2024Internet went down night of 19/11, didn’t come back online until midday on 20/11. Internet dropped out again on 20/11 at the same time as previous day. Called support and he didn't have a clue how to resolve the issue, he told me he would speak to a colleague and call me back in 5 minutes and he never did, it was just a ploy to end the conversation so he could go home without resolving my fault. (Support reps name was Matthew) As I’m writing this I’m still without service and I work from home. The ironic thing is, I work in the industry and was suggesting remedies but the support employee had zero background knowledge. I will not recommend Grain and I will be making sure others in the industry are aware of the appalling service you offer. I pay for 1000/1000, I only get 800/800 max most days

Engineers were polite and informative Very happy customer after a very disappointing 18 months with the major broadband supplier this feels like a breathe of fresh air
