Been with Grainger (Liverpool) for 2.5 years now and we’ve always had a good experience with them. Luke Pollard has always responded to emails quickly and got any issues sorted for us in a great time frame even within the current climate. It’s great to have a friendly representative who is so reliable. Thanks!!

Had help from Diep Parmar while renting my flat in London, and he was helpful, flexible, and easy to work with. Especially through these times of COVID, he was able to provide constant reassurance in times of complete uncertainty. Would definitely recommend using this company and this agent should you ever need it.

I only can say that this company is one of the best in Uk because of the service that they providing to the tenets. Also the manager how called Miss Louise Spooner, she’s one of the best person in this company, she’s so kind and helpful. The only work that I can say is they are so good .

I have been a Grainger tenant for more than 3 years now and I can't recommend it enough. My contact throughout has been Mark and Martin. Mark is very efficient and responsive, he's always been there for me and on the rare occasions I needed to contact him, things were sorted promptly. Martin is an "in site" person and the guy is an absolute star! Martin is very polite, helpful and committed to his job. Martin is able to help with different issues, and in my personal experience, whenever I needed him, things were sorted in no time. I highly recommend Grainger however Mark and Martin are the backbones of the business and things run smoothly because of the two. They're a keeper!

Very impressed by the renting process with Grainger! I wasn't actually expecting such a good experience with a large corporate landlord to be honest, but I found it smooth and efficient from start to finish through the process, both in getting set up and securing the property in the first place, right through to the check out process I've just been through. A world apart from other rentals I've had previously with corporate or private landlords. Through the tenancy was supported by Nicolette and her team managing the building and being my contact in Grainger, who were friendly, professional and efficient in all their contact. Recommended!

I’ve had the pleasure of being a grainger tenant for almost 4 years. The dedicated team who are hand to support when needed is the real value add for me! The properties, I’ve recommended friends to also use grainger, are to a high standard and any issues are quickly rectified - this can be exampled when I raised an issue with the cooking hob on a Monday evening and by Tuesday it was investigated and a replacement installed. Throughout the pandemic the team were on hand to give advice and answer queries while maintaining the high level of service I had come to expect. Anyone thinking of using their services I would highly recommend! My contact throughout has been Luke and he has been a testament to all off the above! As circumstances changed this year I was supported throughout and knowing that was one less stress! Using grainger is great but getting a contact as great as Luke has been fantastic.

The following review is about their Adlay Apartments property but extends wholly to their management systematically. The lettings team will say anything to convince you to move here. We were misled by the lettings team (Daryl Smith) on 3 counts and the complaints team are attempting to explain them away. Such as when we asked if you can remove the window restrictors, the reply of yes was just regarding the technical capacity, but you are contractually prevented from doing such. Or when you ask if the hob is Induction and you are told yes but then find it to be otherwise. Whilst the place is not awful, I think the mis-service done by the lettings team is enough to avoid it until a systematic overhaul is done to prevent people being coaxed in under false pretences. They have at two points admitted fault but now that I am going through the formal complaints procedure are taking it back. Definitely not worth the high price tag.

I lived in kings dock mill (Liverpool) The property manager (Luke) and all his team have been extremely efficient and professional for all my tenancy period I warmly recommend them :)

It was a breath of fresh air living in a property managed by Grainger. The property manager, Louise responded promptly to my queries and was quick to facilitate the repair of any faults in the apartment. This made me enjoy my accommodation and she always checked to see if I was happy. I also liked the fact that the common areas were well taken care of. I had a pleasant experience with Grainger and would recommend them to anyone.

I lived at Kings Dock Mill for just about 6 months and the team from Grainger have been amazing in my time! Namely Luke who responded to any queries I had in a quick and professional manner. This was the first time I had rented a property outside of a student setting so I was quite stressed about it, especially as I was moving in the middle of lockdown. However the staff at Grainger really helped ease my nerves through being super organised and helpful. The only issue I ever had during my tenancy was that the hob was broken, however after a single email I had a brand new one installed that week. An absolute breath of fresh air in comparison to dealing with other companies.

Have been living in kings dock mill for over a year now, I must say there's been nothing go wrong everything has been great and luke from the grainger team has been very good in keeping in contact making sure we are happy with the way the apartment is and ensuring us if there is anything needs doin to contact him and he'd sort it out

Lift was broken for half of our tenancy. Seemed a long time to repair on multiple occasions. No boxes for post meant some letters were lost. Generally a quick response from grainger but not always and having to chase emails. Martin was great and always very helpful.

I absolutely love my little flat in martlesham! I've been here nearly a year already and I cannot fault anything, from start to end! Application for renting was very quick and was given the key within a 1 week. Robert Steel has been a great property manager throughout the difficult times. He made sure I was well looked after and if anything needs fixing he would get it sorted straight away, very professional and always there to help! My exerience renting through Grainger has been great and I dont think I'd rent anywhere else! Also I accidently locked myself out the flat by accident and Robert was able to help me straight away, he went above and beyond to help me just so I dont left stranded! The fact his gone out of his way to help me just proves he is a really good property manager! 👌 I remeber my last landlord wouldnt even answer to my telephone.. let alone coming to help me 🤣 Thanks again!! Extremely poor customer service, including but not limited to falsely claiming to have partnered with the Dogs Trust to revise their Pet Policy to suit their agenda; having sold the development as pet friendly, restricting access to shared areas having sold these as social spaces.

The Liverpool estate agents managing the place I was staying before I moved here were abysmal, impossible to get them to help with anything or even reply to emails, so moving into this Grainger managed apt. was basically mind blowing from the start by comparison. Luke (Property manager) is always super fast, friendly and helpful, we've had a few maintenance issues needing repairs or replacements, some fairly urgently over our time here and it's never been a hassle to get them done. Someone is always sent promptly to look into it and resolve the issue, makes you feel valued as a tenant which is hard to come by in my experience. Many thanks. Joe.

BEWARE of Grainger PLC and Luke Pollard. If I could give negative stars I would. Luke and Grainger breached my contract numerous times in numerous ways. Having to go to court in order to simply recover my deposit because these people are nothing more than con artists.

Would like to pass my thanks on to Louise. Louise has been a great property manager throughout the difficult times we’ve all gone through and will continue to go through.
