My wife and I moved into Abbeville apartments almost 5 years ago and we both agree this is the best place we've ever rented, by far. They've always been very professional in all aspects and the staff have been first class. They're always friendly, polite and deal with any issues as quickly as possible. The facilities at Abbeville are also great, there's a gym, a movie room and a lounge, where you have the option to relax or even work. They also encourage a sense of community and often setup events and encourage the tenants to socialise. The communal areas are always kept clean and tidy too. Ultra fast Internet fibre to every apartment, is provided by Hyperoptic, and in 5 years we've only had two minor outgages which were fixed within hours. Seriously it doesn't get much better than this and I feel sorry for those on BT, Sky, Virgin etc. As with everywhere else, Covid-19 has had an impact on the services provided, but they introduced safety measures early on and have kept us all fully informed on a regular basis. If it wasn't for the fact we're moving out of London, we definitely would have signed a new long term lease. Management are incompetent and customer service is unprofessional. It took me 5 months of constant following up to decide that it was not worth the effort and to move out of one of their properties. They tried to overcharge for cleaning services and came back with deductions after the period in the contract (they were late). I'm still waiting for my deposit. STAY AWAY!

I've been with Grainger for 2 years, and I'm about to enter into my third year with them. I've always received great service and the staff have been helpful and kind whenever I have needed their support. A special mention to Mahesh Parmar who has been really helpful and accommodating with my most recent change of circumstances and home move. He has always responded to my emails or phonecalls and has ensured that my move can go ahead as easily as possible within the difficult home move circumstances due to Covid-19. Really great service, thank you very much!

I live in Tribe New Islington and my experience whilst living in a Grainger owned and managed property has been amazing! Special thanks to Mark Weeden, our property manager for his support and for giving us the highest quality service. He always makes everything easy and fast for us, every time we need his assistance.

The professionalism with which the property I have lived in is run is truly impressive. All concerns promptly addressed, emails answered quickly, repairs arranged for and made right away, I couldn't have asked for better service. The quality of their documentation, thoroughness, and professionalism of their staff show just what a high caliber service should be. This has been the best rental experience I've had since moving to the UK four years ago, and having lived elsewhere.

The lovely people at Grainger plc were the most professional and helpful people I have met while renting a property. Any time I had a question or a minor issue, someone would get back to me in the quickest possible time. Thank you for making my stay in Clerkenwell so wonderful. A special thank you to Nicolette McRae who throughout the 18 months I was at the flat was always friendly and helpful ! Thanks again to the whole team at Grainger!

Absolutely amazing service and do so much more than I ever could have thought with just really down to Earth staff that dont see you like a money sign. Any issue we had was resolved next day and always very professional especially Louise Spooner recomend to anyone who just wants a simple no stress letting experience. Thanks.

Excellent service, I loved this agency because they were always friendly and professional! Any problems we had with the house were dealt with straight away. Highly recommend. My partner and I are going to be leaving our current property soon and the thing we are saddest about is not being able to continue on with this agency.

I usually avoid large letting agents or agents all together but grainger have been a pleasure to deal with and always have a very human approach whilst keeping everything professional and organised

I’m not normally someone to leave reviews, however I had recently moved into a granger ran apartment, and the move was so relaxed. Unfortunately through no ones fault, during the lockdown period we have had antisocial problems in the surrounding area. I contacted the property manager Mark Wheedon regarding matters expecting a lame answer. I cannot really put into words how much support and help Mark provided. My mind was put at ease, and the situation was monitored. Mark kept calling checking up on us, the words I believe do just are “above and beyond”. Thank you Mark true customer service! Thanks so much for everything you have done and are still doing for us.

I loved the apartment I have lived in for the past 4 years and the area. Fantastic place My last Property Manager made a big difference. He has always been fast in responses an also good in follow ups and really helpful Big difference compared with the predecessors I will miss the apartment and the area very much, but for work I moved to London area

As a tenant of The Rock I have found that each and every time the 6 month renewal comes around the company attempts to dramatically increase the rental price of these properties. During this uncertain time of COVID-19 we have heard no support, advice or financial advice from them. Instead all residents have been asked once again to sign into lengthy tenancy renewals with dramatic increases to rent. In my 2 years living here ever tenancy renewal has been a battle. As a company I find them cold, greedy and selfish. The rental increase are beyond extortion but also the care and maintenance for the buildings don’t get any better, over 12 times last we went without water for many hours including Christmas Day.

Property management has been amazing, we've had a couple of issues since moving in (including a leak from the boiler!) and they were resolved immediately. The on-site caretaker Martin has been so helpful and we are so grateful. Miles better than any other property management we've experienced.

Clipper quay, Salford - what a disgrace this company and there so called management team are! Stealing people’s money!!£180.00 to clean an oven what a joke. Just the tip of the iceberg, lift breaks down all the time, the smell of sewage in bathrooms is disgusting, broken boiler, the list is endless. Avoid these apartments at all cost. Ruined my daughters life for 12 months! Not even give deposit back yet, Shameful.

Worst company ever to rent from, AVOID at all costs. Salford quays, clipper quay we lived for 12 months. Treated disgustingly! Lovely front of house but the worst management team possible. Robbed and demoralised!

Wish I could give it zero stars, Salford quays, clipper quay management team is awful. Worst people ever to deal with, they have caused me and my family so much stress. Money grabbers do not put your money into renting with these people

We moved in to our new flat in January and Grainger plc is our landlord. So far we received excellent and prompt service whatever issues we had. Darin our dedicated contact person is a great guy and professional, he took care of all our maintenance issue in no time. Thanks Darin!

We’ve been renting with Grainger for a year and our property Manager Edyta, has been so nice and helpful that we have decided to rent another flat for another year with them. They offer great service, are always very nice and understanding. I definitely recommend and we are super happy with the service provided.
