I have had nothing but let down after let down with Grainger. We had a three break-ins within a week and when approaching Grainger to get our patio doors fixed, they have been useless. One property manager said that there was nothing wrong with them despite them being smashed in. Both property managers seem to have disappeared off of the face of the earth, no text or email replies for the last three weeks. We Have had to put a ratchet strap across the handles in order to keep them semi secure. My partner phoned up Graingers office and was met with nothing but rudeness. We were told that we were lying and that we had staged the break ins. They made my wife cry from these comments. The women who deals with properties in the south eventually came to view the doors and we were met with rudeness and arrogance, once again. Still no update yet. Definitely wouldn't recommend renting with Grainger. A company full of empty promises and rudeness.
I am living in a Grainger Flat in Manchester. We unfortunately had flood during lockdown. The flood wasn't our fault or the property managers fault but Grainger couldn't have been more helpful through the experience. On the evening of the flood we were in another of Grainger's properties only 5 minutes down the road from where we lived. It was arranged quickly and our replacement flat was an exceptional standard. The property management team have been extremely helpful, responding to emails and phone calls quickly and I have really felt looked after throughout the experience on a personal level. I would highly recommend Grainger to anyone looking to rent.
I have rented for 1 year with Grainger in their Sheffield flats and have received a great quality of service from the customer team, especially Louise Spooner. Each time I reached out with a problem or query she was quick to get back to me and made time to ensure that my voice was listened to. I was concerned about the deposit process at the end of my tenancy through having bad experiences with previous unfair landlords but Grainger made the process very easy and very fair. I would recommend them!
Grainger is likely one of the best landlords in London. I lived at a Grainger property for 1.5 years. My experience has been great. Grainger showcased great care in maintaining their building both inside and outside and they always provided prompt technical assistance without ever questioning whether the fixing had to be paid by us or them: they always paid. Countless times they showed great patience and understanding and always tried to find a mutually satisfying agreement, often conceding more than one might have expected. I moved out just because I was moving to a different part of London and they had no properties available in the area. A great and well-maintained flat, great assistance, great management (Darin Solomon) and experience overall.
After 7 years renting an apartment with Grainger PLC, I believe they are one of the best agencies you can find in Manchester. Every time I have had an issue, they have resolved it very quickly. An special thank you to Mark Weeden.
I bought a shared ownership new build with Grainger, have reported a number of issues and not had a response to any of the contact I have tried to make with them. Really disappointing.

Mark and Martin have both provided excellent service during our tenancy with Tribe East Quarter. Both are very responsive to any queries or issues we have had. Recently, they have facilitated moving the pedestrian entrance to an improved location for the benefit and safety of all residents. Their hard work is appreciated.
While the property management has been great, I am so disappointed that Grainger have increased our rent during the pandemic. It is very unfair that a multi-million pound company would do this after I explained that we had been financially affected by the impact of covid-19. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend renting with them as they fail to work on a case-by-case basis, and seem only interested in increasing their already huge profit. I would like to clarify that Grainger reduced the proposed rent by £10 following our conversation, which still left us with a rent increase of £30.
Good landlords who respond quickly to queries and maintain high standard accommodation. Through the pandemic they were also good at introducing new hygiene measures (eg paper towels throughout the building, increasing cleaning provision) and keeping residents informed on changes to services. I also found Diep very helpful through the process of moving out.
I’ve lived at Argo Apartments for the last two and a half years and it’s been great so far. Really friendly and always very helpful concierge services and building manager - thank you Fatma, Vaidas, Eva and Marlena.

Good service. Easy to contact. I would recommend. Our property manager was helpful if we needed any help. I have no reason to complain.
Nearing the end of our one year contract, had no issues to date and always quick responses when issues arise. Wanted to renew and change a name on the contract, after being told initially it was not possible, Ryan was kind enough to arrange it for us quickly and without hassle. He was very professional and courteous, going the extra mile to get it sorted.
I’ve been a resident for over 3 months now and I’m really happy with my new home at Abbeville. The facilities and apartment itself is very good and the Resident Services team is always polite, helpful and quick to assist with any questions or small maintenance here and there. Couldn’t be happier living here!

We’ve been a tenant with Grainer at Argo Apartments for two years. Good company to rent from and it was never an issue that couldn’t be rectified with just a quick email or visit to reception. Only issue we had in the building was out of service lifts for a couple of weeks straight! With us being on 10th floor we was not impressed, but could not blame Argo for it as it was KONE lifts who took ages to order parts to repair- frequent updates on it though on Argos part. Also issues with internet connection, took a really really long time for Virgin to finally come up and check connectivity, affected a lot of residence’ working from home. Great amenities, great staff. Shout out to Fatma, Vaidas and Eva especially during our stay. We’ve moved on as it was time to buy, but we would have definitely have stayed longer if that wasn’t the case.
