Jun 29,2021Surveyor failed to notice that wall insulation couldn't be done to our type of house and this was only noticed once you arrived to carry out insulation. Unfortunately time off work had been authorised and was too late to change. For under floor insulation fitters arrived and promptly left an hour or so later saying they couldn't finish in allowed time resulting in a 3rd day off work to let them finish. Incidentally, they left a 3pm. We also had a boiler fitted. The sub contractor (Neil) was fantastic! Worked from 9am until 9pm until the job was complete. If we could have given stars for Neil it would have been 5, however, overall it's 3.

The surveyor was good he explained the full process very well, the Engineer Neil was very polite courteous and he carried out the installation without any fuss at all. We would recommend green home to all that meet the criteria to receive a boiler. Thank you for delivering a 5 star service.

Jun 23,2021When we were first told about the eco grant we didn't believe that it was possible to get free under floor insulation and and a free boiler - that sounded too good to be true! We contacted Green Home systems to arrange an inspection of our house. We had an ancient boiler and no underfloor insulation. The whole process was explained to us and it all sounded straightforward. From then everything was arranged very quickly. Audrey Hunter from Green Home Systems was excellent. She organised everything and kept us informed of dates and times when the work would be carried out. We knew exactly what was to be done at all stages of the work and She maintained regular contact with the people who were doing the installations. The insulation was carried out with the minimum fuss and Chris and his team did a very professional job in fitting the boiler and then cleaning everything up when they finished. For us there was no hassle and we could leave both teams to their work. 10 out of 10 all round!

Jun 21,2021Absolutely delighted with this service. Free boiler and underfloor insulation done, boiler is working great, much better than the previous. All I needed to do was create a hatch to get to the underfloor, they did the rest. No idea how much they've helped us as we were saving for a new boiler and got this done free thanks to the funding. Highly recommended and be careful as there are other companies that try to charge despite your qualifying for the fund.

Jun 17,2021Very disappointed. Was told that i would get the free boiler and the underfloor insulation as when they checked the crawl space the guy advised there was enough room but when they came out to fit the insulation i was told it was measured wrong and could not do it. Was also told that they sometimes push the measuring stick into the dirt so they get the right measurements to get the commission for the job. I asked if there were any other options and he said he would need to send his report in 1st and could not advise. I waited 4 days for a call to let me know but got nothing. I eventually called back and was just told that they need to be able to do underfloor or wall insulation to qualify for the free boiler so now not getting it.

Jun 17,2021From the first contact to installation all aspects of this company were first class. At every stage I was contacted and advised on progress. I could ask anything and all of my questions were answered quickly. I had underfloor insulation and a new boiler fitted. The tradesmen were efficient and explained details of both products in clear terms. Cleared all rubbish and old boiler left the kitchen in good order The whole operation was excellent highly recommend this company

Jun 11,2021Happy with service provided but sales person was not helpful told I would be getting loft insulation but then advised would not get it, as my bedrooms are classed as a room within a room eg attic room, I don’t have attic rooms but because of shape of roof don’t qualify, don’t understand why as my loft space is huge, so I am still losing heat through roof, doesn’t make sense, is this not the point of getting every home insulated ,also told can get new boiler then told no then when I phoned office was told yes as the information they had was wrong
