Jul 05,2022Very quick from contacting GHS, to salesman coming out, to solar panels and battery fitted. Kenny (sales) was very friendly and helpful. Slight issue with communications for a few days after that, but more than made up for by the friendliness and attention to detail from David (engineer) and his team, including follow-up checks. I would definitely recommend Green Home Systems for solar installation.

Jun 08,2022Had green home systems install under floor insulation in our semi detached house, they were quick off the mark after I enquired, and fitted me in the next week , two young lads turned up & had the job completed in one day, they were very courteous & clean workers, I inspected the work after they were gone & all was good & no mess left under the floor. Mr Smith.

Apr 28,2022Really bad experience with this company. Had someone come out to my house near the end of the boiler scheme. First appointment was a no-show, second person turned up and went through every room of the house taking photos when they knew there was no way I'd be getting the boiler. Left several messages, no-one replied. Finally got through to someone who was honest enough to tell me the truth. No alternative offered... awful from start to finish. Save yourself the stress and find another company. Truly terrible! If I could give zero stars I would.

Apr 11,2022I was extremely disappointed with the after service I received from Green Home Systems when it was identified that the engineer who fitted my ideal boiler, installed it incorrectly. I have contacted GHS 3 times now( going on 4 weeks now)and nothing has been rectify and no one has contacted me to sort out the issues. The walls and counter tops within my utility room are being ruined by water pouring back into the house from the flue. I was assured that a manager or engineer would have been in contact but 4 weeks later, I'm still waiting. Extremely poor customer service.

Mar 12,2022Waste your time come say they will replace your boiler and underfloor. Don’t bother returning your calls tell lie after lie. This company shouldn’t be operating. You can tell they are complete cowboys with the amount of uncertainty and stories they tell you initially to rope you in. Wasted months of calls and patience. Now I’m out of time for the grant, and Boiler is full of problems. Don’t even be roped in look online and research other companies this company are a waste of time

Mar 10,2022We had underfloor insulation fitted along with top up insulation in the eaves and some interior insulation in the bedrooms. It was done under a government scheme as we have all electric heating and we didn't have to pay a penny. Overall very happy with how it turned out there were a few scheduling issues during the process but everyone who was onsite was very professional and neat and tidy. Our plasterer who came out to tidy up after the interior insulation was particularly good. I believe they are looking to do some more affordable solar solutions shortly and wouldn't hesitate to use the company again for that.

Mar 02,2022The guys from Green Home Systems attended my property over 3 separate occasions to install underfloor insulation, an Xpelair extractor fan in the bathroom, an Xpelair extractor fan in the kitchen and an Ideal Logic boiler too. Having previously had a bad experience with some workmen/engineers in our home (NOT from Green Home Systems!) we were anxious about having this work carried out. This couldn’t have been further from our experience with the Green Homes guys. Before any work was carried out, the surveyor attended to explain what work was required and what would be expected of us to accommodate the workmen/engineers. The electrician also called out before any work was arranged to answer any questions we had and to explain the process, as we didn’t want any cable trunking/casing or conduit boxing-in to be visible. Also, the team answering the customer calls were very accommodating and extremely helpful, keeping us informed of everything along the way. They were very friendly and extremely professional and made me feel like a valued customer and not an inconvenience or a nuisance. In fact, the whole team that we had any contact with at all were all very friendly, courteous and professional. They were all experienced in their field and carried out their work quickly, efficiently and with minimal upheaval and mess. They all used groundsheets/dust covers while they worked and they all cleaned up behind themselves. I feel they left my home they way they would have wanted their own homes to be left. I would 100% recommend Green Home Systems to anyone, and I would use their services again if required.

Feb 04,2022Excellent job. Really pleased the service. Had quite a few tradesmen in starting with the underfloor insulation. The two guys doing this were really friendly, hardworking and professional. The next week we had the boiler fitted we had gas engineer, electricians, Roofer, and also tradesmen fitting window vents. Everyone of them put me at ease and fully explained what they were doing, they were friendly, hard working and extremely professional. David and his apprentice fitted the boiler and were really excellent and fully explained how it worked. Fabulous team of workers and a credit to green homes. Very happy with the service, Would definitely recommend.

Jul 21,2022A good experience. Helpful and forthcoming through pre-purchase enquiries and surveys: options explained, all queries and questions answered promptly. Installation planned to convenience, and conducted efficiently with minimal and respectful interference with the house. Full credit to the installation team, who cheerfully worked through the hottest day of the year without complaint, explained what they were doing, sought input when required, and were unfailingly polite. System set to work, and explained clearly. Overall, a commendable service.
