Jul 10,2024I have recently had solar panels and an Air Source Heat pump installed by Green Home Systems, from start to finish they were very professional. The electrical crew, Jaimie, Mathew and Paul arrived on the Monday morning and the solar panels were producing power to my household within 3 hours, not a cable or wire in sight. The plumbers arrived on the Tuesday morning,Ryan and Fraser and installed a hot water cylinder in the loft and replaced 10 radiators with brand new ones, the ASHP was installed outside and the heating system was all working by Thursday afternoon, not a pipe to be seen. I could not praise the people from Green Home Systems enough, they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the installation, I would give them 11 out of ten if that was possible.

Jun 28,2024Contacted Green Home Systems recently in connection with cavity wall insulation. The office staff were pleasant and efficient throughout. Thomas inspected the existing wall cavities and confirmed they were empty. We were fortunate to obtain a cancellation slot with the installation team who worked competently with minimal fuss. Our walls are now better insulated for winter. Thanks team!

Apr 05,2024I had contacted a couple of other cavity wall insulation companies and was messed about in terms of saying they would call back and never returning my calls, or making appointments and not turning up. When 1 company did turn up said they would send a quote despite chasing for 6 weeks still not received. The experience with green home was different from helpful efficient staff, to trying to help me get funding. Unfortunately I was not able to get this but was happy to pay as I know it would make a difference to my heating bills. I got a quote which I accepted and received an email the next day stating they had a cancellation and did I want it done that day. I was delighted and the guys that came were friendly did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I would have no hesitation in recommending green home for cavity wall insulation.

The installation team worked carefully, explained how the system worked, made sure the phone app was installed and working and tidied up. Excellent stuff.

Even though nothing to do with Green Home Systems they were caring, helpful and provided us with sound advice. Everyone we had contact with from their receptionist to Directors were extremely professional and wanted to assist in any way they could. Top marks.

Despite several phone calls we can't get a reply from the company.for a update. My daughter is in process of decorating and wants to know what to.do next. Go to another company ?
