Jun 09,2021I love the fact that they set up and inspect the guitar before they send it out to you. I'm also a big fan of the real time stock. I messaged about a particular guitar and was told they were expecting one soon. Sure enough one popped up in stock a few days later. As for the guitar (SQUIER CLASSIC VIBE '60S CUSTOM TELECASTER), it's beautiful and even has a bit a quilting in the fingerboard! If you told someone it was three times the price they wouldn't question it as long as you held your hand over the logo :)

This time, after receiving an email to say that the hard to come by Fender Mustang Micro was back in stock, I went online on the Guitar Village’s excellent online site and was quickly able to find what I was looking for and ordered the item which was delivered the very next day. The website is nice and provide clear information about the products, showing availability and net price (no VAT, shipping fees or any extra cost at checkout). The price was good and I liked the fact I could choose a delivery date convenient for me. Communication (via emails) was great and my item was delivered exactly on my chosen day. This is why I have rated them five stars.

Jun 04,2021Great service. Ordered on Tuesday morning and my guitar arrived in Wednesday morning. As a few others have said, UPS seem to be flaky with their prediction. The tracking information I received said that the guitar was due on the Thursday. It did actually arrive on the Wednesday though.

May 28,2021The Taylor guitar I bought was a demo model at a reduced price and stated to have some marks on it. When it arrived on time and very well packed it appeared to be new as I could find no marks on it. It had also been set up and plays beautifully.

May 26,2021I've become used to a rather indifferent attitude from many guitar shops, so these guys come as a breath of fresh air. It's the first time I've used them (to buy a Blade RH15C, superb guitar), though their reputation comes before them, and the whole experience has been a very pleasant one. I would definitely recommend them and no doubt I will be back, as there is no such thing as too many guitars!
