Oct 20,2020They were late for the installation. The installer smoked on my property after being asked not to. The install team worn no masks. They did not finish the job due to a lack of parts. Then missed 2 appointments to finish the job. The installer showed up during the day, unscheduled, Jumped my fence, bypassing a locked gate and set off my house alarm. I had to remove and reconfigue one down spout because after it was installed it would not allow the door to the building to open fully. All on all a bad experience for the price I paid.

The salesperson was also great. They were able to come out quickly when I asked for them to be here. I will use them again and will highly recommend them to others.

Oct 16,2020The crew that worked here that day were very good. They were relatively quiet, safe and fast. They did almost everything they were supposed to with one exception. I called to get that taken care of a week later and two weeks later someone came here and took care of it the best he could. Overall you guys were great. I like the work I like the gutters and I would call again if it needed more and I would recommend you to friends and family.

Oct 14,2020I replaced my 5 inch gutters with new 6 inch gutters. They did a great job !!! They where on time and cleaned up all mess from old gutters. I would recommend them for sure.

Oct 13,2020There were some issues with getting an installation date, and we had a few communication issues with the installer, but ultimately got it figured out. The product looks great, we will see how well they work when rain hits.

Oct 13,2020The sales person (Giovanni) was very good. The crew that installed the gutters was also very good. Unfortunately the crew that installed the screens on top of the gutters was not good which overshadowed the entire project and experience. They left sharp, dangerous debris all around the exterior of the house. They also ruined a section of landscaping with their ladder. After they left I began noticing several small pieces of metal in four different areas where they sawed pieces of the screens. It appeared no clean up was performed. The pieces consisted of small, sharp shavings and dozens of pieces of very sharp scraps ranging in size from 1/8" to 1". Many were cubic chunks, also very sharp. I picked one up not realizing how sharp it was and sliced my finger. Later I was on my knees cleaning up the broken landscape. I put my forearm on the ground for balance and a large piece of sharp metal sliced my arm requiring stitches. There are many smaller pieces around the property which are difficult to see. They will remain there and will prevent using ungloved hands when gardening for years to some. Additionally, I found what looked like metal tie wraps (also sharp), empty soda cans and other debris in the gutter where the trailer was parked. I called on 10/4 and 10/6 and politely left a message explaining the issues but no one returned my call. I have done a lot of work on my house and realize that some debris should be expected. I've cleaned up nails after having new roofs installed and glass and dried glazing after window repairs but the danger caused by the sharp shards of metal is inexcusable.

Oct 13,2020I have to say that I had called many gutter companies and Gutter Logic was super quick to respond. They were able to bring samples and gives us various options, answering all the questions we had, and had great financing options too. Within two weeks of our initial call Gutter Logic had our financing approved and the job completed. The finished product looks amazing! I am very happy that we chose Gutter Logic!

Oct 12,2020great work by installers. only one problem.. installer and salesmen were not on the same page with information on what me and salesman discussed . I now have a pre-existing 15 ft of built in gutter with no cover for debris. The whole experience over all was good and the price was reasonable just not complete with more work and research to be done to finish project.

Oct 12,2020The company followed the roof line to preserve the wood underneath which is good, but the result didn't match the old look which was many years old. If they had matched it, the wood at the edge of the roof line would not have been preserved. All of this happened because I only had 2 gutters replaced instead of the whole house.If the whole house were replaced, it would have all matched, Otherwise a great job!

Oct 12,2020Ryan, came out on Friday afternoon and explained in detail his company's product - gutters and gutter covers - showing examples of the product. He measured the house and then told us the cost for the gutter and gutter cover installation. Ryan helped me to pick the right color for the gutters that would blend in with the color of the house. It was pricey, but I knew the cost wouldn't be cheap. Because of the price, I asked for the 18 month 0% financing payment plan. Ryan called his office and after asking me a few questions over the phone, his company was able to run the required credit check and I was approved. The only problem I had was when I found out that the financing would be done through Wells Fargo. After problems with the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, I refinanced my mortgage with my credit union. I'm very happy about doing that. But I'm now back in an 18 month financing situation with Wells Fargo; not happy about that. Bad frustrating memories about Wells Fargo. The installation was set up for the following Monday afternoon. Ryan said that it would take about 3 to 3 1/2 hours for the installation. Joshua and his team showed up on time on Monday afternoon, we walked the perimeter of the house and he explained what his team would do. We took ourselves inside the house to get out from underfoot. I couldn't help myself and after about 2 hours went outside to take a look. What I saw was a lovely seamless job. My next door neighbor had been sitting outside on his screened-in porch watching the installation. He expressed his view that he was very much impressed at how fast the team was working to get the gutters and covers installed all around the house. I also noticed how the team cleaned up all the small pieces that had fallen to the ground after installing the gutters. I was very impressed with their work ethic. The job was beautifully done and I'm anxious for it to rain so that I can see the gutters in action. Thank you Gutter Logic, Ryan and Joshua and his team!!!
