Guy called 30 minutes outside the time window given to say he was on the way. Showed up in a van with a busted out side window. For a seamless system it has some pretty terrible seams. They put a piece over it and screwed it in. Then just added a ton of glue. Unfortunately it's see through so you can see daylight through it. Wouldn't recommend

Salesperson (Cris Simmons) was great and responsive, prompt and willing to work with us. Too bad he's left the company but very happy for him. Since we needed 5" and 7" gutters the installers came late afternoon and made the 7" and left saying they would be back early the next morning. One installer showed up after 10AM and the second came after noon. The gutter machine was not working well so that put them back some time. There came a question about warranty of new and cleaned/repaired gutters on the barn. We were told that we couldn't water test for at least 24 hours. Spoke to Matt Bilyeu, I believe the head of Operations. Couldn't tell though as his email didn't contain a signature line or phone number. Also spoke with Bill Gross, at least his email was a little more professional looking. Was told the installers would be back on Thur. No show and no call. I had to call to find out that they wouldn't be back until Saturday at 9AM. One installer showed up after 10. The product appears to be good quality (rainy season will tell). Installers did their job well. Disappointed that one left a cig butt on the ground near the fire ring. I am a smoker so I don't mind them smoking but please properly dispose of the butts. I am not impressed with the management team and their professionalism. Thankfully the salesperson made sure I got my warranty, even though he was no longer with the company. Got my paid in full receipt after having to call and ask for it. I hope the product holds up. I would not recommend Gutter Logic to friends or family.

I had called several companies to look into replacing my gutters. Gutter Logic responded quick and made an appointment that was convenient for my schedule. They arrived on time and the salesman did all the measurements and was able to give me a price and a date that they could do the work that day. I hired them that day not only because the price was right but because they had a good product, they were insured, and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. The salesman was friendly but not pushy. Being a single female homeowner he treated me respect and explained things that I wasn't sure of. On the day of installation the workers showed up on time and worked till the job was done. They were friendly and explained any questions that arose. The work was done quickly but not rushed and the gutters looked great. They also cleaned up after themselves and you would never know that 5 men had been working around my house that day. Thank you and great job. Hopefully I will have no issues but I have a 30 year warranty if anything arises.

Gutters and Domes were installed correctly and professionally. Excellent clean up of the area and all waste disposed properly.

Some of the gutters were not installed correctly for flow. screens caused water to run behind gutters and down facing behind spouting. when the repairs were completed now the water runs over the screen and over the spouting not into the spouting. the other thing is the returning of phone calls is very poor.

The gutter down spout isn't plum and they ripped the metal roofing on one of the ends of the roof.

They arrived on time and went right to work. I’m pleased with the job they did, everything looks great and I love the fact that I have a 30 year warranty Incase something would happen. Would definitely recommend this company.

the installation was done professionally, however there was a scheduling issue where they were scheduled to show up between 8-10 am but did not show until after 2:30 pm. otherwise I am very satisfied with their work.

We appreciate the work you did on explaining about how the gutters work and the patience you had with explaining everything. It was really great that ya'll got here as soon as possible. I purchased the Gutter Dome product based on the experience we had with them at our business two years ago. Saleman was very thorough and installation was quick and without incident. In setting up an appointment for my home, a different salesman arrived and since I was already sold on the product, I didn't need a sales pitch. I tried to find out his objective for our appointment and asked why he was here, expecting him to tell me he wanted to give an estimate for the gutter dome. He starts out by talking about gutter replacement, which as not necessary. He was not given any indication from his office that I was ready to buy. Once that was established, things went smoothly. Our installer was excellent, doing a very thorough job and was helpful in pointing out some issues we may have elsewhere on the roof. Highly recommend the product and company, and fault the office for not providing better information to the salesman.

Very efficient and nice installer, worked quickly and cleaned up after. Hasnt rained yet so system untested but the product appears substantial and I don't anticipate any problems.

I am very happy with my experience. They made it where I could afford a good product. That looks really good on my home. It was all done with in 2 days so that made it great fast no long wait. the best experiences I’ve ever had getting someone to come to my house and take care of a problem. The sales person Moses came very personable and knowledgeable about the products and I was already to get my gutter taken care of it was done on the day they said they would come and it was done by a crew did a very good job and I have to say I am happy with gutter logic being a person who has been in sales I got to give Moses the salesman a five star 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸☮️

My sales rep was very professional and followed up promptly with all my questions. When I made my decision, my gutters were installed within 2 days! Installers were on time, thorough, in and out in 1 & 1/2 hours. No debris left behind and the new seamless gutters look great on the house!.
