Sep 18,2020The 2 men were very experienced and thoughtful regarding my 1927 aged home. They knew how to “respect” my tile roof as well. Overall, Ithought they did an excellent job of replacing my old, rotted gutters Of course, when the rains come, that will be the test.

Sep 18,2020The gutter it self looks good but the problem is when they came out and I told them what the problem was they said this is what we will do and it will take care of the issue. Since putting the gutters in we have had a heavy rain and it did not fix the issue. I contacted the sales person and he put me in contact with the installation manager and he said they will get out when they can that was 2 weeks ago and nothing since. I have called and talked a couple times since and gotten no call back. I'm sorry but customer satisfaction and doing what you say are important as well when you say this will fix your problem and it doesn't you should make it right. So far none of the above. Stand by will review if that changes. Okay they have finally gotten me taken care of they came out and put in the splash guards and we will see if that takes care of the issue we just need a heavy rain.

Sep 18,2020The product & work done was excellent. The only issue was the lack of communication with crew leader / foreman on letting my wife know what is happening, what will they will be doing? They wanted her to sign off on doing a great job , but they never showed her any pictures on what they did or how they did it. No progress pictures to prove they did anything. I had to take a ladder and check everything out myself to be satisfied they did it. They need to provide progress pics for the customer. Most people can’t get to gutters. It will be easier for to brag about your work if we have confidence it was done right by supplying proof.

Sep 17,2020the work was fine except the salesman was not truthful about the materials quality ,the aluminum is no different from my next door neighbor's gutters which he said that his product was thicker and better. After the gutters was installed, I notice the next day that some section of the roof was buckle around the edges where the gutters was installed. I feel as though I was take advantage of and over charged.

Sep 17,2020I was very pleased with the work on my gutters. The workmen were courteous explained what they were doing and the space they needed. They even took a picture of the gutters once installed to show their work. They cleaned up afterwards and it was all done quickly and cleanly.

Sep 14,2020Alex was our contact and he was very upfront about the service, what to expect and the cost. He answered my call in a reasonable time and was friendly. Sean was the guy I talked to onsite. First time they came the machine broke and he suggested we wait. I didn't really see the issue he was describing but took his word for it. They came back 2 days later and did a fabulous job! Cleaned up the mess and were very respectable young men!! Highly recommended.

Sep 14,2020The salesman spoke of the install crews as if they were employees of Gutter Logic. Often using the term “OUR” crews. While the subcontractors did a good job I was disappointed when they showed up. I did not expect a third party.

Sep 12,2020We had the sales rep out Saturday and then gutters and facia up Sunday. It looks really nice until it starts to rain. Then the water pours in between the gutter and the facia. Do you think we can get ahold of someone to come fix their screw up, absolutely not. Going to contact the better business burrow Monday since they want to play that game.

Sep 11,2020Your sales rep. did an excellent job selling us the product and the local contractor "Pitched Perfect" was a great company to work with. Unfortunately we have not had a decent rain/downpour which will then prove to us how good it all is. Here's hoping we will be equally pleased once we see the gutters "in action".

Sep 10,2020In all I find myself thinking pretty good job. But with some problems still unaddressed, a leaking corner, damage to my metal frasier, where it was used as a support to pry the gutter off. Bent up pretty bad. Can send you pictures of the damage if needed.

Sep 19,2020The crew was friendly, fixed and reinforced the flashing and got my new gutters and gutter guards up in a decent time. Had a storm that came in and the gutter guards did their job. The only thing that stops me from giving a 5 star is that they didn't completely clean up after they were done and there are a few spots between the gutter guard and the gutters that were not fully sealed around the end caps. They have someone coming out to remedy that. Overall though, great job and I would recommend them.
