As far as we can they look good, can't tell if new seamless bolts were installed or gutters were cleaned out as told.

Showed up 2 hours late and left without saying that another crew was coming to install the leaf guard. I had to make multiple calls to the install manager to see when they were coming. The 2nd crew was 3 hours late. They all left behind material from the removal of the gutters and the install. They never called to tell me what time to expect the crew or to tell me they were running behind. They also have not called to see how the install went.

The installation went well. The installer made good suggestions for our concern and performed the job professionally. However, it took multiple communications and 2 weeks later to receive the warranty document. Several changes were made from the original estimate and I am not sure if the final pricing is higher than what it should be.

Dissatisfied. Came a day later than planned. Did not complete job and had to return next day. Came at end of day and rushed to finish Did not compete all items on bill of sale and on 9/1/20 discovered gutters were not attached properly.

Salesman was great. They dropped off the gutters two days before the job, didn't give me a heads up and made my babysitter help them unload the gutters. Showed up two days later but didn't do the job because someone ordered the wrong materials. The gutters sat for 2 more weeks in my yard before they came back to install them. They only called 1 time to let me know what was going on but the guy who called was eating a sandwich while he was talking to me! The gutters ended up being the wrong length so they had to make new ones on install day. If I had to guess, the communication between sales, production, and install teams needs some work. Now that they are up, they look great!

It seems that Gutter Logic developed a gutter system and uses subcontractors to install it using Gutter Logic's material and system. It's a great system and they use high-quality materials. The work done at my home is 5 star, but it was done by a subcontractor, Callan Construction, based in Rochester, NY. THEIR CREW were timely, polite, professional, did quality work, communicated clearly, cleaned up - Professional! They use Gutter Logic gutter system which is top quality. That being said - Gutter Logic itself gets three stars for 1. actually responding promptly to my request for an estimate 2. sending a person to give the estimate and 3. scheduling the work to be done quickly. What I personally did not like: the 'game' (like buying a car) the estimate given was extraordinarily high, but then there were 'discounts', estimate was still too high, so the call to the manager to see if there was wiggle room, the salesperson's offer of not taking his commission, all to arrive at the price that fit my budget (which was what the other estimates I received came in at - so I wasn't trying to get something for nothing here). Then on the install day, there was more rotted wood behind the old gutters than anticipated. So then the 'game' of Gutter Logic calling me and giving me an extremely high quote for the wood to be replaced (possibly thinking that I was between a rock and a hard place and would have no choice) So, again, in the middle of the work, I found myself negotiating it down to a fair price. Despite this, I love my new gutters and they are working well. There have been some hard pouring rains since they've been up and they are great. If you can put up with the negotiating game, this is a top-quality system, the subcontractors are great and it really works to keep the rain out of your basement.

from the salesman to the install team everything went smoothly. install team very professional and courteous answered every question or concern. also picked up after job was completed. very happy thank you

I was very pleased with Gutter Logic right from the sales rep to the installation crew. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and willing to spend the time explaining their product and answering any questions I had. Also, the installation crew was here on time as scheduled. They were fast, efficient and took all trash with them leaving nothing behind. The supervisor also spent time explaining the job in detail also, voiced his concern about a situation with the amount of rain runoff from the upper roof and how the original gutter system was set up. Advised if a problem should occur to call and they would make any change necessary to alleviate the problem. In all, I am very happy with their service.

We had new gutters installed the end of July. It became immediately apparent with the first rain storm that the size of the gutters and number of downspouts were a serious problem as we took pictures and videos of the water pouring over and out of them all around our foundation. We reached out to the sales person who immediately put us in touch with the service manager. For the entire month of July we have been trying to get him to work with us to resolve this matter however the only thing that has happened was that the installation crew came out once.

The estimate and installation were done in a timely and professional manner. However, during the first heavy storm (about a week after installation) we noted that there was a lot of water streaming between the house and the gutter. I immediately called GutterLogic and was told my information would be forwarded to the installation crew and I would get a call back within 24 to 48 hours. I waited 48 hours and called again. Here I am 24 hours after my second call.....waiting. I also noted that my check was cashed one day after my first phone call. Not acceptable.

The installers came and did a great job. We were very happy. But, we sprung a leak. We called Chris, the coordinator for the installers, and he said he would send someone out to fix the problem. We had a problem with weather getting in the way, but problem was fixed to our satisfaction. We were assured that if anything else happens Gutter Logic will stand behind it. Good enough.

Excellent job done by contractors. Only issue was a few screws on the ground unfortunately one punctured our lawn mower tire. Other then that the guys did excellent work and were extremely pleasant and more then polite. It was a pleasure to have them working on our home.

First, I think the product is the best of what i saw on the market, including Leaf Filter. Second, The installation was straight forward with a few notable details. Three, The dome panels lack a positive joint system between panels. Not a big issue if panels are tightly but-joined but something that needs a little work... Forth, The installers though professional worked in less than safe conditions and didn't practice any safety measures (how far can you lean over the roof edge before falling). Suggest you invest in a little safety training and a few harness' .. Fifth, Site was left clean except for a few of the dome panels left lying on the ground. Sixth, The installation team had difficulty in aligning the gutters to drain. Eye ball and a 12-inch level is just not good enough. Fortunately, after a discussion of water flow and a demonstration with about 5 gallons of water the team saw the light. More training and a few more appropriate tools should be provided this team.

I was supposed to get the warranty when the work was done I did not get it. The crew told me I have to go online to get it and I did that four times. When I did it online and finished filling it out, it would pop up {thanks for contacting us! we will get in touch with you shortly}. No one did, buy phone, e-mail or buy mail. I even called them 3 times and everytime I did the person on the phone would give me a different persons e-mail. Almost 4 weeks still no warranty.

Project was delayed one day because materials were unable. Once the work was completed it was excellent.

Have not come back out to seal the corner seams, left my dish wire loose, found nails and screws all around the house, corner seams stick out.

Sales experience was great. Our rep was prompt, knowledgeable, took his time to explain everything they offer and their process start to finish. Our experience with the installation was no where near the same. We had to reschedule multiple times. I understand emergencies happen and things come up. But after rescheduling four times it becomes a joke. The communication was severely lacking on the installation side. We asked them to call us on the day of installation so we knew when they would be there. No phone call, they showed up and started working. The crew said they were never told to call ahead or else they would have. There were multiple opportunities to make things right but no attempt or offer was made. In the end the gutters look good and we are satisfied with them but we would be hard pressed to say we would use them again or recommend them to others.

Installers went above and beyond while installing gutters. Most installers would only do what is required. Gutter logic did a little extra for best installation of gutters.
