Sep 29,2020The gentleman who quoted the price said the warranty would cover the replacement of gutter cover on front of barn, because they removed entire old and replaced with Gutter Logic. However, the installer said it wouldn't be covered on the warranty. Also, they did have to do some adjustments to existing gutter on barn and it lead to a few issues...a vine growing up the corner of barn came down, and pulled the entire light fixture with it. The other end had to be adjusted also and you can see the nails on the side of barn. But with all the issues we are still glad to have it done and they did a good job with old buildings. Thank you

Sep 29,2020I had a second story 40-foot gutter and down spout removed and a new gutter and down spout installed. The two installers were professional. My installation was schedule at the end of da as it was a small job. Near the installation time the installer called and informed me that he was running late and would still be coming later. A few hours later the installer called and aske if they could come first this the next day as he wanted to ensure that there was enough day light to complete the job safely without being rushed. I agreed and the installer did show up the next mooring an performed the job to my satisfaction. I had four estimates when the sales person came to my house. The first quote by Gutter Logic was the highest by almost 3 times. Told him I was not interested. He said that if I signed the contract today the price would be lower. Ask what the new price would be and the new price was still not close to my other four estimated that were all within $100 of each other. After the sales person applied numerous other discounts the new estimate was in the range of the other estimates. He told me that installation could be scheduled in a few days so I decided to go with Gutter Logic. This sales person seamed new and should provide a honest and sound estimate the first time. I felt that since I was a senior citizen, he was taking advantage of me. I don’t think that Gutter Logic wants to get the reputation of taking advantage of any customer by supply a high estimate that is out of industry standards by 3 times. I would recommend Gutter Logic but warn the customer to obtain a few estimates to ensure that they are getting a fare estimate.

Sep 28,2020The techs who came out to install were fast but they made an error on the corner of my gutter. It wasn't sitting correctly and they had to come out the next day again to fix it.

Sep 28,2020The estimate writer was very helpful and pleasant. The actual installers were all business and the workmanship was generally OK. However they tried to do a “shoddy" install of the downspouts by trying to eliminate some 90° elbows (I told them to do it the right way). I also found that they made one gutter too long and rather than fix it they disassembled part of the building to make it fit. Unfortunately I didn't find that until after they were gone. It took me 30 minutes to correct what would have taken them 5 minutes to do.

Sep 27,20203000 dollars for gutters and the job is horrible. They were supposed to inspect all the wood under the fascia and replace what was bad but instead just put new aluminum fascia over the existing fascia without even removing the old and never even looked at the wood. Their clean up left a lot to be desired as well. And to top it off, they put my gutters up on the back of my house over existing cable. As in there are cables running behind the gutters which are sure to leak. All along where the gutters are attached to the house you can see daylight. Gutter logic would know all of this if they actually returned phone calls. They do not. Been waiting over a week for a return call. They didn't even bother to call the day prior to confirm the appointment. Installer did however show up at 9:40am with his dog. I have 4 dogs so imagine the chaos when he showed up.. Don't waste your time or money unless you're looking for subpar work and a lot of aggravation and like being ignored.

They worked very safely, efficiently and he took super pride in his job. Thank you very much Gutter Logic! PS - of the quoted I gathered- this one was super Competitive!

Sep 27,2020We were told that we would get both the gutters and leaf guard for the price we were quoted. When the gutters were installed, we were then told that, that did not include the leaf guards. Were also told that they did their own work. But it turned out that they do not! They sent a sub contractor to do the work for them. Please don't waste your money, you can get both the leaf guard and gutters for less money with a contractor that does their own work.

Sep 27,2020Gutters look good but some screws were left unfastened, a bracket was left without a fastener. Also I asked for a replacement splash guard and the installers just spray painted the original and re-installed it.

Sep 27,2020Gutter Logic is a middle man that tries to get you to spend $10,000 on gutter guards. Don't waste your time or money dealing with them. They moved my original install date once because "other jobs took longer than expected." There was confusion about the new date, and even after that was settled they didn't even show up on that date. They did not notify me ahead of time either. Apology after apology, 4 weeks after my original install date on the agreement, my gutters were installed by a third party. I paid a premium, I thought it was because I was dealing with a great company but it was just because I was duped into using a middle man. The installer did great work, I wish I dealt directly with them.

Sep 29,2020They were responsible and professional. My gutter continued to leak after repair and they returned to resolve the problem when I phoned them. They stood behind their work and product. I would definitely use them in the future if needed and would recommend them to family and friends.
