Oct 11,2020Installers of the 5” gutter just showed up didn’t let me Know they were here. He climbed on the roof and started removing the gutter, which was the Wrong One ! I had to tell him what he was supposed to do. The Installers of the 6” did a good job. I’ve received compliments from my Neighbors! It hasn’t Rained here Yet ! Stay Tuned !

Oct 11,2020My experience with seamless gutters was absolutely AMAZING. The professonalism started from my initial call to set up an appointment for a sales rep. The sale rep was very informative is the product and what do. Super friendly and just a great personality. The individuals who installed my gutters were friendly, professional, experienced and communicated the process of the gutter installation including minor changes that came about. My new seamless gutters looks amazing and I love it. These guys did a great job and I would definitely hire them again. Plus, their work is guaranteed for 25 years, you can't beat that. So glad I got my guttes done by seamless gutters. I love them, I'm sure you will love yours too.

Oct 11,2020Well it’s early on. In other words, I’m not sure in the long term how the gutters and the work will hold up. But at this earlier point, I’m happy with how nice and friendly the sales person was, the laborers were friendly and patient. They explain some of the details and do a good job from my observation from the ground. They also do a good job cleaning up. My only complaint would be the price, but compared to other there price was competitive. All in all I would recommend Gutter Logic to others. And I’m glad to have it finished. Thank you.

Oct 11,2020They did an excellent job with the removal of the old system and the installation of the new one & clean up. Methodical, precise & attentive to detail, all while being quick & efficient. Top all of that off with a great price & warranty and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again! They have a great product & 1 happy customer!

Oct 11,2020Love our new gutters. Rep was very nice, explained everything. Price was great, Installers were very nice, respectful of property and my dogs, cleaned up all their materials and trash. I would use Gutter Logic again if I had the need in the future.

Oct 08,2020The gutter installed by your crew was separated from my garage on one side, but someone came today and tightened it up. It turns out that the fascia needs to be replaced there, which is a roof issue. I thought that the pitch was too pronounced, but again I was mistaken, because I was going by how it looked compared to the roof edge, but my roof is warped. The pitch is actually perfect. I called your company phone, by the third time I was able to get the phone number of your installing department. I was promised that the same crew would show up and fix whatever was wrong. Oct 05,2020The installer did a great job and was very efficient. He cleaned gutters, resealed seams and took away all the debris from his work. The appearance is nearly invisible and looking forward to when the rainy season begins. So nice to never have to clear a drain or gutter again!

Oct 05,2020Our new gutters look great! Their installation crew was professional, safe, and friendly. They arrived within the expected timeframe and completed our job within a reasonable amount of time. I appreciated the suggestion to add a downspout to each of our two "long runs" of gutter...and that the gentleman who made it accepted my wish to defer a decision until after the first rainy days of the season.

Oct 04,2020I am very pleased with the gutters. They look wonderful and work well. The installers did a great job putting up the gutters and cleaning up around the house. My one complaint is the installer did not arrive on time and when they were going to be late they would call saying they would arrive at a certain time. But they never did and they didn’t call back to say they were going to be even later then they said. One day they said they had to go to another job site and they will come to my house after noon. They arrived after 4 and said they were in Syracuse. We stayed home all day waiting for them. I was told the job would take one day, but it took 4. I understand things come up, but they need to communicate better and more truthfully. Even with that said, I would recommend you to my friends and family.

Oct 01,2020Sales experience was very relaxed and not pushy. Asked what we wanted and recommended best service to meet our needs. Install experience was great as well. My father was there during the install in my place and said the installer (believe his name was Taylor) was professional and took his time to do it right. But still only took him few short hours. No complaints on install it looks amazing. Only confusion on the process was told during contract signing we had install date set. Only to get scheduled by install supervisor the week of scheduled date for the following week. Miscommunication with sales and install crews I imagine. But still didn’t take away from final result. Flat out amazing job.

Oct 12,2020The quote was reasonable and I actually received the same day installation. The installers even worked through on and off rain. The gutters look great and they even took away the old gutters.
