Jan 21,2025I cannot express how incredible my experience has been with Dr. Serkan Gökpınar and the entire team here in Turkey. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The accommodation provided felt like pure luxury—the hotel room was spacious and beautifully designed, like staying in a high-end hotel. The actual hotel itself felt more like a modern, stylish apartment, making me feel completely at home. The surgery itself was flawless. Dr. Serkan Gökpınar is not only highly skilled but also incredibly professional and reassuring throughout the entire process. The hospital was clean, modern, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well cared for. The level of service I received—from the hospital team to the hotel staff—was phenomenal. Everyone was warm, attentive, and truly made me feel like a VIP. What surprised me the most was the value for money. For such an exceptional experience, the price we paid felt almost too low for everything that was provided. I’m beyond grateful for this experience and would highly recommend Dr. Serkan Gökpınar and his team to anyone considering surgery in Turkey. It was life-changing in the best way possible!

Jan 17,2025So the hospital has stopped all communication with me now because I’ve wrote honest reviews about the treatment I received after a BOTCHED BREAST LIFT WITH IMPLANTS, I was told by MANAGEMENT to remove my previous reviews or they would not resolve my issue, They agreed to do a REVISION FOR FREE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE SURGEONS FAULT, BUT WANTED ME TO PAY FOR NEW IMPLANTS, I REFUSED OBVIOUSLY, They then agreed to do everything for free & cover the cost of Implants but i needed to delete my reviews which I did, I wasn’t happy as they advised me that I would need 2 Surgeries, This caused me concern, They wanted to remove my old implants & come back at a later time to have new implants put in, I questioned this a few times & got loads of excuses about scar tissue & other things, I tried to ask if I had the implants removed would the Surgeon just do a Breast lift at the same time, No one would give me a straight answer, I then asked for everything that was discussed to be sent to me by email so I could have it looked over, I was refused, As you can clearly see below from the hospitals reply to my review i had 13 friends write reviews, This is a total lie, Any reviews i wrote here were from myself & no one else, They then threatened me with their Solicitor taking legal action against me for deformation, I’ve not lied about anything, This is going on since October 2022, I have emailed the manager loads to discuss so form of compensation so i can go elsewhere to have my revision done because i have absolutely no faith in this hospital at all now, Also the Coordinator contacted me after my last review & said it wasn’t fair that i named her online & she would not be helping me any further, I was unfair to her ? The hospital has been unfair to me for over 2 years, Ignoring Emails & Messages, Absolutely disgusting, I have been suffering for the last 2 years with pains in my Breast because the implants are too big but the hospital wants to take legal action against me. They take your money then make things as difficult as possible to resolve the issue after a Surgeon they hired BOTCHED MY SURGERY, This could have been sorted be they just don’t to know once Surgery is done & your back home.

My coordinator was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions before I arrived in Turkey. Upon arrival, I was smoothly transferred from the airport to the hospital. The next day, I underwent rhinoplasty and an endoscopic mid-face lift. The hospital exceeded all my expectations—it was so luxurious, I felt like I was staying in a five-star hotel. My first night was spent in the hospital, where I received excellent care. The food was delicious, the staff were kind and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was reassuring. The doctor was extremely professional, and I felt completely confident entrusting her with my face. After my stay in the hospital, I spent five days at a lovely hotel to recover. Before leaving, I had a final check-up at the hospital to ensure everything was going smoothly. Overall, I am absolutely thrilled with the experience and the results. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering similar procedures!

Jan 15,2025Horrible experience using the dentist no organization of when you have to go your just expected to know when you aren’t happy the dentist boss will show you teeth he’s done and that he has 15 years experience how amazing he is at what he does but he’s showing you teeth with the watermark that clearly isn’t the dentist you are at from seeing the dentists instagram for gozde me my sister and partner thought we would be able to pick teeth shapes the look we wanted to achieve like other places and instagram videos they posted showed that we didn’t see any of that my partner wanted straight all the same length teeth he doesn’t have anything like that and our crowns aren’t individual even though we asked before we went but his bottom are all separating so he is having new teeth at another place in turkey in march my sisters she came home with her bottom teeth a completely different colour all three of us kept messaging about her teeth it took months before they agreed to fix the mess of them it was so noticeable her top teeth were BL1 and her bottom ones must of been around four shades different I don’t know how something like that happened a mix up at the lab or maybe the fact your passed to different dentists the whole process? Who knows 🤦🏼♀️ I’ve had pain from I had them done so I had been messaging about that so when they agreed to fix the mess of my sisters and my pain that I paid to fix and flights I’m still left in pain even right now when we flew back she was getting her bottom teeth changed I seen the dentist back and forth they then said root canals and that it was a set fee of £360 for root canals no matter how many you need so I paid with card left thought everything was sorted until I got another message the next morning out the blue that I’ve to be seen more root canals so another £360 why not do them the day before it was purely to get more money the uk doesn’t even charge that much for root canals I asked about a gum shield for sleep they told me £500 so I left it and had one made in the uk for £150 instead personally I believe when we flew back the crazy prices they were charging was maybe because of my sisters very yellow bottom teeth because they replacing them completely they were trying to get as much as much as possible from us now to cover the money for their mistake of giving her completely different colour top and bottom now the teeth they replaced at the bottom she has WhatsApp them a couple of times no response her bottom teeth her gums are so painful since having the new ones they aren’t healing now.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if your going to turkey do your research beforehand because your going to be out a lot of money in the end as soon as you make the payment they don’t care in the slightest and when you come home they aren’t interested much better places in turkey with more knowledge without all the stress and you won’t have to pay to have them redone ☺️

Jan 14,2025Ich hatte am 12.07.2004 ein Facelifting in den Gözde Internation Krankenhaues bei der Dr Damla Nihan .Ich möchte über meine Erfahrung die zu einem Horror wurde etwas erzählen. Eigentlich könnte ich ein Buch darüber schreiben. Ich bin über das Internet auf die Ärztin gestoßen und kontakt aufgenommen. Es meldete sich Assistentin Duygu die sehr freundlich und überzeugend war,die hat mir versichert das die Dr Damla super erfahren in dem Gebiet ist und hat und ich ein super Ergebnis haben werde.Ich hab ihr blind vertraut und hab mich sehr über die OP gefreut da ich sehr unter meinem faltigen Hals gelitten hab.Duygu hat mir auch alles ausführlich erklärt wie alles abläuft .Wir sollten die Uhrzeit angeben wann das Flugzeug gelandet ist und dan wird ein schönes Auto am Flughafen auf uns warten und uns ins Krankenhaus bringen da wird sie für uns verantwortlich sein. SO nun aber die Wahrheit ist ganz anders. Wie haben vor Abflug von Köln bescheid gegeben wann wir landen. In Izmir gelandet haben wir nach 30 min immer noch keinen Fahrer gefunden hab die Duygu dann angerufen die sagte es kommt in 1 st ein Fahrer das war schon kpmmisch den versprochen wurde uns das wir schon im Flughafen erwartet werden...naja..na ca 1.5 st kam dann ein unfreundlicher Fahrer hat erstmal geraucht und mit Männern im Kiosk gequatscht wir standen schon sehr nervös...dann hat der Fahrer uns ins Krankenhsus gebracht und mit Finger gezeigt da ist das Krankenhaus und weg war er. Ok wir sind ins Krankenhaus rein da wusste keiner von uns was wir wollen und warum Keiner konnte da deutsch ,englisch konnten wir nicht ,türkisch schon garnicht.So sassen wir über 1 St da. Dann hab ich meine Tochter angerufen in Deutschland sie hat Türkischen freund der hat dann übers handy den Krankenschwestern auf türkisch übersetzt die aber sagten die wissen nichts von uns.Wir waren geschockt. Dann sagte mein Mann wir nehmen jetzt ein Hotel und reisen morgen zurück den er hatte schon ein sehr schlechtes gefühl. Ich hab dann die Duygu angerufen und gesagt das wir schon Stunden warten ,keiner weiß über uns bescheid und das wir nun ein hotel nehmen und morgen abreisen. Dann ging alles plötzlich etwas schneller. Wir wurden ins Zimmer gebracht aber ich und mein Mann hatten ein sehr schlechtes Gefühl. ICH HÄTTE AUF DAS GEFÜHL HÖREN SOLLEN. Am Nächten Tag um 8 Uhr morgens sollte die OP statt finden.Um 8.00 kamm wieder keiner um ca 9 Uhr wurde uns dann gesagt das die OP nun doch um 12 Uhr statt findet.Ok. Dann kamen 2 Krankenschwestern um Zugang zu legen das haben die auch nicht sofort geschafft was noch nir zuvor bei mir war..die haben 4 mal versucht meine Hände waren grün und blau nacher und es hat furchtbar weh getan.Dann ging irgendwann zum OP. Duygu hab ich nicht mehr gesehen also die hab ich nur vor der OP im geschpräch mit der Dr Damler gesehen.Die Dr Damler war fuksiert auf meine Augen und nicht auf den Hals.Ich sagte das mein problem der Hals ist die sagte die sieht das nicht als problem und wollte garnicht richtig gucken.Ich hab ihr gezeigt was ich mir vorstelle und die sagte kein Problem. Dann konnte ich wieder ins Zimmer gehen ohne das die Dr Damler mich angemahnt hat oder ganz genau angeguckt hat wie ich es so von anderen kenne. Nach der OP wurde ins Zimmer gebracht und am nächsten Morgen hat mein Mann gesagt das auf dem Bett 1 tütte liegt mit Medikamenten. Keiner hat gesagt was das ist wie das eingenommen wird oder sonstiges.Abends hab ich entdeckt das mein Kissen voller Blut ist ich hab Duygu geschrieben dann kamm eine Krankenschwester und jemand hat ihr am telefon gesagt was die machen soll Die hat mir den Verband aufgemacht und etwas drauf gesprüht hab da nicht so viel mitbekommen da ich k.o war. Nach der Entlassung ins hotel hab ich dann Duygu gefragt was das für Medikamente sind die sagt das da auch Antibiotika sind die ich unbedingt nehmen soll.Was ist wenn ich sie nicht gefragt hätte???Da waren noch Augentropfen und feeschieden Salben ich hab dann eine Frau angerufen die sich auch bei Dr Damla operiert hat (nase) und die hat mir dann gesagt was wofür ist... Nun jetzt kommt der OBERHAMMER! NACH ca 1 Monat sieht mein Hals fast genau so aus wie vorher.Ich hab Dr Damer geschrieben und foto geschickt die sagte es ist normal man sollte 6 monate warten.Normal ist es nicht soviel war klar nach 3 Monaten wieder foto mit video gemacht und geschickt zur DR Damla aber keine antwort. Hab die 6 Monate abgewartet wie die Dr Damla gesagt hat und wieder foto mit Video geschickt antwort war ich btörauch noch Eine straffung. Nach paar rmtagen aber hieß es das Gesicht ist schön und am Hals kann ich Laser.. und antwortt mir nicht mehr.BITTE SEID VORSICHTIG.HIER WIRD ABKASSIERT UND FALLEN GELASSEN.HILFE BEKOMMT IHR KEINE WENN WAS SCHIEF LEUFT..🙏

Jan 12,2025I had my closed rhinoplasty with Dr. Damla Özdemir on the 10th December 2024 I’m really happy I picked her. Everything form first contact with Burcin who sent me the offer and helped me pay the deposit and give me all the information about the logistics, to Damla Eren who organised the transports between airport, hospital and hotels and also the surgery itself my experience was great. I never felt left alone. The drivers and the nurses in the hospital were super friendly even with the language barrier we communicated via google translate and never had any issues. They checked on me regularly and made sure I have everything I need pre and post OP. Before even booking the surgery and paying for anything I had a online Meeting with Dr. Damla Özdemir and she explained everything to me and answered all my questions, she was very friendly and caring which made me pick her for my surgery along with her beautiful results I saw on instagram. On the day of surgery she explained how the surgery will be performed and we decided on how my new nose should look like. I had a big bump on my nose that I wanted to get rid of and Dr. Damla showed me graphics on how my result should look when I said I’m happy we moved forward to surgery. It all went very well and there were no complications everything went as planned and I got my table pics which looked fantastic. And Dr. Damla came regularly to checkup on me after surgery to make sure I’m ok. I had lots and lots of swelling and my face was like twice the size but obviously this was expected. Dr Damla made sure I know how to clean and take care of the wounds and know how to clean my nose and handed me the post OP instructions in written form as well. After 6 days Dr. Damla removed the cast and showed me how to tape my nose and explained the next steps and then I was allowed to fly back home. I’m a bit over 1 month PO and absolutely love my result. Of course there is still some swelling but my nose looks absolutely beautiful to me already. If I had any questions after getting home I could just text Dr. Damla and she would answer very quick even on the weekends or in the evening. She always makes sure I get all the information I need and I really love that. I can’t recommend her and the whole team enough. And I’m over the moon with my new nose and very very happy I picked her and her team who gave me a great experience.

Jan 12,2025Ich fand die Erfahrung sehr sehr gut, da alles klar erklärt würde und man gesehen hat das die Menschen da wussten was sie tun. Dr. Serkan Gökpinar hat bei mir die Rhinoplasty dürchgeführt und ich bin apsolut begeistert. Die Methode, die er verwendet ist sehr gut. Der Schmerz allgemein nach der Op und dann 7 Tage später sogar ist eine 0/10 ALSO GAR KEINE SCHMERZEN GEHABT! Ein riesen Dank auch an meine Koordinatorin, Duygu, die mit mir die ganze Zeit im Gespräch war und meine Hilfe war. Sie ist eine sehr nette junge Dame, die mir den ganzen Prozess ausführlich erklärt hat.( Hinflug, Rückflug, Preis,Transfer, Hotel…) alles. Also der ganzrn Experience würde ich immer wieder eine 10/10 geben . ☺️

Dec 31,2024Ich hatte eine Rhinoplasty im Gözde international Hospital in Izmir. Die Liebe Duygu und liebe Damla haben alles für mich organisiert (Transfer vom Flughafen - Krankenhaus - Hotel und zurück). Duygu war jederzeit erreichbar und hat mir auch immer direkt geantwortet, wenn ich Fragen oder Probleme hatte. ❤️ vielen herzlichen Dank noch mal an dich, du bist die beste!! ❤️ Im Krankenhaus war alles gut, die Untersuchungen liefen Problemlos ab und es war sehr sauber und modern. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und hat regelmäßig nach mir geschaut. Der Ablauf der OP bei Dr. Serkan Gökpinar wurde mir auf meiner Sprache sehr gut verständlich erklärt, es gab keinerlei Probleme. Nach der OP wurde ich auch sehr lieb von Krankenhauspersonal behandelt, es wurde mir regelmäßig etwas zum kühlen, essen und Wasser gebracht, falls etwas war, konnte ich einfach klingeln und es kam jemand. Man bekommt genug Aufklärung für Medikamente und Verhaltensweise nach der OP. Es gibt immer einen Ansprechpartner, falls etwas sein sollte. Danach war ich im Hotel und es war wirklich traumhaft schön. Es wird Wifi, Frühstück und Roomservice geboten. Es gibt Fußläufig ein Meer und eine kleine Stadt mit Bazar zum Shoppen für Kleidung, Spielzeug, Souveniers und vielen Essensmöglichkeiten(wie Restaurants und kleinen Ständen), sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten zu sehen. Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden und kann deswegen die schlechten Erfahrungen nicht teilen. Alle waren wirklich lieb und zuvorkommend, egal ob im Krankehaus, Hotel oder in Izmir selbst. Die Leute sind wirklich herzlich und die Stadt ist wunderschön. Deswegen 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ eine absolute Herzensempfehlung von mir, ich war wirklich zufrieden und bedanke mich für alles. 😊

Dec 31,2024Bin am 8 Mai dort gewesen und habe meine Haare machen lassen . Obwohl ich öfter mit der Dolmetscherin geschrieben habe das die Haare nicht richtig gepflanzt wurden, wurde ich immer vertröstet. Kann ich nicht empfehlen angeblich 5500 Pflanzungen wohlgemerkt Doppel gepflanzt 🙌 .. und versprochen wurde auch immer das ich dichtes Haar bekomme . Pflege Produkte habe ich bis heute noch schone ich mein Haar bis heute . Jetzt wo ich ein Bild vom Kollegen geschickt habe bekomme ich darauf keine Antwort mehr . Nur ein Angebot das ich nochmal 1250€ in der Hand nehmen soll . Aber mir wurde gesagt , das ich volles Haar bekomme klar . 🤦♂️ Und das krasse ist das ich wegen meine Geheimratsecken und hinten am Kopf die Glatze hingeflogen bin . Immer wurde ich vertröstet. Und es wird nichts dicht …..🙌 schaut euch die Bilder an bei der Google Bewertung….

Jan 23,2025Just got back from my second surgery at gozde International hospital 'ozelsaglik' in izmir. I was first sleeved there in April 2024. With how smooth,professional and clean the hospital and staff was I knew I would be booking to go back for plastics here. I got in contact with my co ordinator 'Devrim' he's been a god send from day 1. He organised everything perfectly. No question was a silly one,and he answered everytime. I've since put alot of my friends intouch with Devrim as I know they'll be in good hands. I flew back to Turkey and had breast uplift and implants with Dr Ahmet ascioglu. I had deformity of the breasts and I can honestly say that man has worked his magic. I didn't expect perfect because I knew no surgeon could do that and I'd have more scars on one boob than the other. Well this surgeon wowed me. I couldn't believe these breasts were mine when I saw them for the very first time. The scars are so neat you won't even notice when I'm healed. The care I had was exceptional. Everything was perfect again from start to finish. I can't fault the hospital,the care,the staff,everything was of high quality and run like clock work. If I ever want anymore work done 'which i will' i won't hesitate to book back with Devrim for more plastic surgery. Thank you to all the team there. I appreciate you all!
