Jan 30,2025Firstly my coordinator Afaf has been absolutely brilliant, always professional, polite and accommodating. Very fast at responding no matter what the time was, would go out of the way to help me with any questions or concerns I had. The hotel and hospital were both lovely and clean. Hospital staff were so lovely to us, especially my 15 month old daughter and all fell in love with her! My surgeon Dr Deniz is amazing, So welcoming and I felt like he had all the time in the world for me and would answer any questions I had, oh and he smells absolutely lovely! The surgery itself went smoothly and the pre op checks are so thorough! I couldn’t recommend Ozel Saglik hospital enough!

As soon as we arrived we were welcomed very warmly, the doctors were very kind and attentive to us. Doctor Serkangokpinar gave me the nose I've always dreamed of, thank you very much!

Jan 30,2025I went for dental implants, had the implants and surgery last October and came for the fitting and teeth in January, the people are kind and wonderful, they really look after you and make you feel comfortable, their work is excellent and the results are amazing, I am so happy with what they have done for me, finally I can smile properly again, i would highly recommend the services they provide at affordable price, truly a wonderful experience from start to finish

Jan 29,2025Ich bedanke mich herzlich bei Herrn Dr. Serkan Gökpinar, Frau Duygu Cabaz Koordinatorin ( die zur jeder Zeit an meiner Seit stand. Immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich alle meine Fragen beantwortet hatte.) An das gesamten Team von Dr. Gökpinar. Die Krankenschwestern im Gözde Krankenhaus, die Fahrer die uns immer abholen hatten. Der Dolmetscher absolut alle die dazu gehören, waren sehr sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich wie Zuhause gefühlt in Izmir. Dr. Serkan Gökpinar ist ein sehr freundlicher sympathischer Mensch. Ich habe mich sehr darüber gefreut, dass mein Gesicht nicht komplett blau geworden ist sondern nur angeschwollen ein wenig. Ich bin sehr gespannt wie meine Nase nach paar Monaten aussieht nach dem die Schwellungen komplett weg sind. Dankeschön vom Herzen an das Ganze Gözde Team. 🤍🙏👃

Jan 29,2025Ich kann leider keine gute Bewertung abgeben. Habe mir im April letzten Jahres die Augen und ein endoskopisches Minifacelift machen lassen. Das Ergebnis ist sehr unbefriedend. Um die Augen überall Grießkörner und das sieht wirklich nicht gut aus. Das Facelift ist auch sehr einseitig aber der Service war okay. Also bitte gut überlegen ob ihr euch in dieser Klinik operieren lasst

Jan 28,2025Good communication. Booked flights to wrong airport and they were able to accommodate transport for me from that airport instead of the correct one. Gastric sleeve surgery will be done in March but so far they seem great!

Jan 27,2025Ich war sehr überzeugt Von dem Krankenhaus und von Dr.Serkan und sein team es ging alles gut ist c.a 6 monate her von der nasen op alles gut keine schmerzen alles so gelaufen wie ich es mir am besten vorstellen könnte am meisten danke ich mich für die kranken schwester Frau Evin sehr nett hilfreich und war immer da und hat sich viel um mich gesorgt nehme es an das sie jeden pazienten so speziell behandelt kann das alles nur weiterempfhelen

Jan 27,2025I cannot fault any aspect of my experience with Gözde. I attended for a gastric sleeve, and initially I failed pre op as they found polyps, I was gutted, but Alp my wonderful coordinator kept in touch, assured me that after I had treatment to remove polyps I would come pack and my money would be safe. And it was, a few months later I returned, from initial pick up from the airport, to hotel staff, hospital transfer, nurses and Dr Aslan, I could not pick any fault. It all went like clockwork, everyone was so helpful, kind and available. I went to the economy hotel, which had big rooms, clean, and great nurses. Alp continues to be very helpful, even now I’m back home and answers all my little queries promptly and politely. Thank you all so much, I highly recommend to anyone considering this procedure, I felt very safe and looked after x

Jan 27,2025From the start of my interactions with Alp I was given all the answers I needed and was helped through the entire process, Alp made it so easy to complete the deposit for my surgery as well as the steps I'd need to take. Damla was also amazing, very professional and caring, there every step of the way. Even more amazing was meeting Alp a few days after my surgery just to make sure I was happy and doing alright. If I ever needed any surgeries again I would 100000% being going right back to Alp and Gözde international hospital!
