Jun 12,2024Well were to begin, I had op on 4th June 2024 , I was taken directly to hospital on the 3rd at 9pm & the accommodation was great & nurses were very pleasant & helpful. I met with my surgeon ahmet & his pa evra for on the 4th at 9.30am for a examination to discuss op. I was then asked to pay a further £1,000 on top of the £3,600 I had already paid as told breast augmention & uplift was more complicated then he expected. Which I paid as was still slightly cheaper than in the UK. I had op done in the afternoon so a little dehydrated by then & back to from 4hrs later. Nurses were very nice & helpful & took gd care of me. I left the hospital on the 5th with drains attached & taken to hotel which was ok & staff were lovely . Each day I was taken back to see surgeon to check on my drains & recovery. Few times stuck at hospital reception waiting for transport back to hotel. Drains finally removed on the Saturday morning thankfully. I had a final check up at 9.30am but had to wait at hospital reception till 4pm to be transported to airport before I flew home on the 10th June 2024. My overall experience was great , they were very professional & Ahmet has made me feel more like me again but not happy about having to pay an extra £1,000 , what wld have happened if I didn't have the extra money. I told the person I was dealing with what I required & sent photos ect so the extra cash is a big issue to me. He was pushy to get me to pay a deposit offering a better deal if I paid a deposit! Overall my experience was very good the surgeon Dr Ascioglu perfectionist & my nursing staff very good , hospital was very clean & so was my accommodation. Transport was an out dated mini bus but air-conditioned & driver very helpful. So a very positive experience & I would recommend this hospital but would advise not to go alone & make sure of the overall price before you fly !

Jun 12,2024Ich hatte am 04.06.24 mein Revisions Rhinoplastik bei Fr.Dr.Damla Özdemir! Über das Internet bin ich auf die Klinik Gözde International Hospital aufmerksam geworden. Ich hatte dann meine Beraterin Duygu kennengelernt. Sie ist so eine liebe und freundlich Person und hat mir alle Fragen beantwortet und auch meine Bedenken genommen. Der Ablauf war super es hat alles gut geklappt bei den Transfers vom Flughafen hab es 1 mal längere Wartezeiten, was aber nicht so schlimm war da uns der Fahrer sehr nett willkommen geheißen hat. Alles in allem bin ich sehr glücklich und froh das ich diesen Schritt gemacht habe und würde es in jedem Fall wieder tun und kann die Klinik nur jedem weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles danke an Dr.Damla und an meine Beraterin Duygu🥰🥰🥰

Jun 12,2024Ich hatte am 05.06.24 eine Schlauchmagen op, ich kann das jedem empfehlen, vorallem die Klinik, es werden alle nötigen Untersuchungen gemacht, es ist alles Organisiert, von Abholung zum Hotel, vom Hotel zum Krankenhaus und wieder zurück. Meine Ansprechpartnerin ist die Duygu Cabaz , sie ist sehr sehr lieb, hilfsbereit und hat mir von Der ersten Sekunde geholfen. Ob vor ort oder per Whatsapp, vielen lieben dank an dich Duygu. Es sind alle sehr offene und liebe volle Menschen. Ich kann diese Klinik vom Herzen nur weiter empfehlen.

Jun 10,2024Von Anfang bis Ende alles perfekt. Diese Klinik hier kann ich zu 100% empfehlen, professionell, liebe Schwestern, sehr netter Arzt (Serkan Gökpinar) und noch nettere Begleitung durch die liebe duygu. Transfer Abholung usw hat alles geklappt. Die Liebe duygu war immer erreichbar, hat mir immer zu jederzeit geschrieben. Durch duygu habe ich so viel Vertrauen in den ganzen Prozess hier gesteckt. Sie ist so lieb und ein herzensmensch. Das Hotel-wirklich schön alles sauber. Im Krankenhaus die Schwestern alle so nett professionell. Der Arzt hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Er ist komplett auf meine Wünsche eingegangen!!! Meine Freundinnen werden auch hier hin gehen. Habt keine Angst und lasst euch nicht verunsichern. Hier seid ihr in guten Händen versprochen. 🤞🏻

Jun 10,2024Ich hatte vor knapp 2 Wochen meine Nasen op bei Damla Nihan Özdemir. Eine super tolle und empfängliche Ärztin. Ich bin gespannt auf das Ergebnis meiner neuen Nase. Die liebe Duygu hat mich während des ganzen Prozesses begleitet. Ich konnte und kann immer noch , nach der op mit ihr schreiben/ telefonieren. Ich bin so dankbar dass ich auch noch nach der op mit Duygu im Kontakt bin. Eine liebe und verständnisvolle Frau💗

The surgery went smoothly, and I've lost 3.7 stone in just 28 days. Tenno, my coordinator, was incredibly helpful, and my surgeon, Dr. Ergin Arslan, did an amazing job. May 31,2024If your wondering about having Dr Deniz to do your surgery then stop wondering! I came back home yesterday 29th May 2024 and I had the BEST experience. Everything was done amazing. Viktor was just lovely and very supportive. All Dr Deniz's team were so lovely, nurses were lovely and did everything they needed to, I didnt go without anything I needed. Surgery went brilliantly, I was in abit of pain and felt sick at first but thats all totally normal after any surgery it wasnt nothing I couldnt cope with. I Highly recommend Dr Deniz for your Gastric Sleeve. Thank you all for my amazing experience and I will probably see you all soon for when I need my excess skin removed. 😁

May 31,2024I have just got home from having a gastric sleeve with Dr Mehmet Deniz at premium hospital. Right from the first point of contact with Tenno Tiundeshev who was there with quick responses to answer any questions and I felt no pressure from Tenno at all. He even came to see me in hospital which was lovely to meet him and has been in contact since getting home to see how I am. A real credit he is . The care I received was second to none at premium hospital.The pre op tests were so thorough and everything was explained to me why it was being done and the results from the tests. I was very lucky and have had not one but of pain from surgery. The nurses were very attentive and caring and nothing was to much trouble. DR Deniz has a fantastic team working for him . I must give a huge thank you to Victor who is just amazing, a real credit to the team. If you are questioning to book or not then definitely book All I will say is make sure you are mentally prepared for such a huge life changing thing. My only regret is I didn't do it sooner.

May 31,2024Everyone was so lovely and i was very well informed every step of the way. Mert was my medical consultant who helped me get started explained prices and the different hospitals and consultants. Selin was my operation coordinator and helped me find flights as I was struggling but she managed to get them for the dates I wanted. Victor was our onsite interpreter and walked us through everything, he took me for all my pre op tests, helped fill forms in and sorted payments out. I opted for the premium hospital and Dr Mehmet Deniz. He and his team are amazing, all the pre op tests made me feel in safe hands. Honestly i would do it all over again

Secondly I would like to say big thank you to Dr. Damla and her team .Very professional, good communication and excellent organised. The transfer, hospital and the hotel very well. Because of my journey in Izmir was great I would like to rate this experience Excellent and give more then five stars 5*.

May 31,2024I received a scale and polish for my teeth while my friend was recovering from surgery, the results were incredible! I’ve had hygienic cleans from my dentist back in the uk and they have never been able to remove smoke and tea stains on my teeth but after my treatment here I feel like I have a new set of teeth they managed to remove all of the stains comfortably and left them looking very clean and new. Customer service was excellent so friendly and kind. Thank you so much!

May 30,2024I understand peoples reservations, However, I cannot recommend this enough, I enquired on Sunday and on the Thursday, I was on a plane to Istanbul with the surgery on the Friday. I went on my own and I had a Transfer from the airport to the hospital with videos sent to me of where to go. Once I was there, I had an x-ray and blood tests straight away, the staff are very kind and leaning English for the language barrier, but the Google translator app helped with any issues. I suffered from an incredibly large honker of a nose that had compulsory mind your head sign for when I turned quickly. The surgery was incredible successful and I was unaware I had restricted breathing until after the surgery. The width, bulge at the bridge of my nose and length has all been greatly reduced to an incredibly smaller, straight and even result. With my package I stayed at the hospital, this obviously was quite boring sitting on your own so bring something with you to do. I was given a transfer back to the airport and there was no hidden costs, I spent very little money on extra food. I was given all medication and creams for aftercare. I am now 3 weeks post ops, 90% of the swelling has gone and I was lucky to have no bruising. Cannot thank a lady called Piril enough for her support and reassurance when booking. Dr Alpaslan and his team were fantastic. The whole experience was better than anything I have had in the UK.

Jun 12,2024My coordinator Emre has been great from the start of my journey. I decided to go with gozde hospital after alot of research. I reached out to Emre and he got everything arranged for me. The hospital was amazing and the pre op tests are very thorough. You do not get that in the UK. I had my sleeve surgery 25.05.23 with Dr Arslan and couldn't be happier. Best decision I ever made. ❤️
