May 29,2024When booking my surgery I was told I would have luxury transfer when I arrive. Transfer was nowhere to be seen and luxury isn’t what we had. We had a dusty old minibus take us to the hotel.. when we arrive at the hotel it took a very long time for us to be checked in. They didn’t seem to have our names on the system. We was meant to stay at the hotel for two nights but only ended up staying there one night and then was told I need to go to the hospital for an extra night for blood tests and a ECG when I arrived at the hospital I had a blood test and was not given an ECG the next day the surgeon explained what he was going to do and the markings on my body. I thought I would have time to have a look at what implants I would be having and discuss the size. I would want. I originally told him I would like to go back to my original size which was a double D. This wasn’t the case I was then told to get changed it to my down. I was going down to see the consultant. Next thing I know I was waking up the surgery had been done. I’d had tummy tuck and breast lift and implants. When waking up after the surgery I had a lot of drains in they wanted me up straight away to walk. This wasn’t an issue. I understood why this was important. They helped out the process pulled out a lot of blood over. The bedsheets were not changing and I was left in these bedsheets were remaining time I was in hospital.. I was in a lot of pain and was finding it hard to breathe due to my asthma. I kept telling the nurses I’m in a lot of pain and my breathing and chest is really tight. They did not seem to care and all I was told was this is normal…: I was made to feel like I was complaining on that ward. There were several other things that I wasn’t happy with two nurses would give you medication or change cannula dressings without wearing gloves and leave dirty things in the room…. There was never any help around when I needed it even when I push the buzzer I was made to feel like I was a nuisance. When I got to see my new breast for the first time I noticed the left one wasn’t sitting right and it was a lot more painful than the right breast. When I spoke to the surgeon about it again I was told it was normal and I needed to massage the implant down and it would gradually fall into place and my dress would sit right…: this however is still not the case a couple of months after surgery I’ve tried to contact the hospital coordinator and the surgeon and yet to have no reply. I have had to cancel a holiday and have extra time of work which is incurred extra expenses. I have also had a whole open up on my right breast again the hospital or the surgeon are not interested. …. The after-care and the hygiene at this hospital was disgusting. When returning to the hotel for a couple of days arrest I met with other people there who had also had a bad experience or made to feel the way I did. We have all complained on numerous occasions and not one of us has been taken seriously….. I feel like I’ve been botched, I didn’t get the surgery I asked for all the after-care. I was promised. I am now left with wonky boobs at a size c not a double d.

May 29,2024Alles war top. Ich bin selbst hingeflogen und habe mir einige Krankenhäuser vor Ort angeschaut und mich für Özel Saglik entschieden. Das Krankenhaus ist sehr modern und sauber. Die Zimmer ähneln eher ein 5 Sterne hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und in takt. Die Beratung vorher und nacher sehr gut. Ich wurde nach 3 Tagen entlassen und ab Tag 5 konnte ich langsam aber sicher komplett schmerzfrei durchs Leben gehen. Nun bin ich am Tag 11 nach OP und habe bereits - 9 KG . Die Beraterin Frau Pinar steht einem bei Fragen jederzeit zur Seite. Herr Dr. Deniz ist ein sehr guter Arzt den man nur guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen kann.

May 28,2024I have had a great experience with this company, starting at the beginning with my coordinator Devrim, he was very helpful, he gave me all the relevant information and more regarding the procedure I was enquiring about. Devrim was always quick to reply to me messages, and didn’t mind me asking all the questions I had, even going away to find the answers when needed and coming straight back to me when he had the information. I didn’t feel any pressure at all and Devrim was very patient with me until I made the final decision to have my Gastric Sleeve surgery. Communication is great and I would highly recommend! I felt very looked after at the hospital from start to finish, and the care is second to none. I was worried about the language barrier but it really was no problem at all, google translate was our best friend and helped us everyday. I am currently 10 weeks post op and at 3 stone loss I am very happy with the results so far!

May 28,2024I had my gastric sleeve done by Dr Mehmet Deniz on 20th May 2024. Piril my coordinator is amazing answered every question I had and replied straight away! The hospital is beautiful and Victor is so helpful with any questions you have. I did feel that the morning was quite a rush when having pre ops/ signing paper work but everything was explained in detail so not one bit of problem with this. I had problems with my veins to fit my cannular as my vains are hard to find so when waiting for endoscopy I had around 8 nurses trying to get cannulars in. They did struggle but did manage in the end. They did not give up trying but I felt so bad as felt I was waisting time. They did have a laugh with me and couldn't believe how many tried they did before managing. ( that's no fault. Of the nurses just my rubbish veins) The endoscopy was a breeze best 5 mins sleep iv ever had. Endoscopy showed I had a 4cm hernia that needed to be repaired. I was in a little pain coming round from surgery but once I was back to my room I had pain meds given straight away. The nursing staff are also nice they explain to you what medication they are giving you through your drip. Dr deniz and his team attend everyday to check up. On you and answer any questions. My mam was my companion and after surgery when I was in recovery Dr denizs team came to my room and informed my mam how my surgery went. I have 0 problems with this hospital and the care I received! I would do this again tomorrow as the care I received was just amazing. I highly recommend anyone to have Dr deniz for your surgeon as you will not Be disappointed. Not once did I not feel safe! Thank you piril, Dr deniz and team for being amazing and helping me gain my life back ❤️

May 28,2024Ich war zur Schlauchmagen OP vom 19.-24. Mai 2024 in Izmir. Habe mich für das Standard-Krankenhaus des Anbieters entschieden. Die Beratung und Organisation der Patientenkoordinatorin Duygu Cabaz vor Anreise und auch jetzt im Nachgang ist besonders zu erwähnen. Nie habe ich länger als 30 min auf Antwort gewartet, wenn ich ein Anliegen hatte, egal an welchem Wochentag oder zu welcher Uhrzeit ich eine Nachricht schrieb. Die Voruntersuchungen die ich dort an einem Vormittag durchlaufen habe, sind bei weitem umfangreicher, als die deutschen Adipositaszentren machen (habe direkten Vergleich in der Familie). Den für mich zuständigen Arzt habe ich in 3 Tagen Krankenhausaufenthalt - durch 2x tägliche Visite häufiger gesehen, als mein Mann nach seiner OP in Deutschland seine Ärztin in einer Woche. Die pflegerische Versorgung war auch toll. Keine Wartezeit wenn man etwas benötigte. Auch wenn nicht jede Pflegekraft deutsch oder englisch sprach, so hatten sie Humor, Hände/Füsse und Geduld. Die Ernährungsberater*innen waren ebenfalls kompetent und freundlich. Das zur Klinik gehörende Hotel ist sehr komfortabel. Alles sind zuvorkommend. Die Transfertaxi Fahrer waren ebenfalls alle nett und zuvorkommend. Zum Angebot der Klinik gehört ja, dass eine Begleitperson mit darf. Die Schlafsessel für diese im Standardkrankenhaus sind nicht besonders gut, aber hey… es geht um zwei Nächte, dass überlebt man ohne posttraumatische Belastungsstörung. Das Essen für die Begleitung wiederum ist super. Auch hier können sich deutsche Krankenhäuser ne Scheibe von abschneiden. Fazit: Tolle Betreuung in Vor- und Nachbereitung. Super ärztliche Versorgung. 100% Weiterempfehlung.

May 28,2024Ich bin super zufrieden mit meiner ganzen Reise😍 angefangen bei meiner Koordinatorin Duygu Cabaz die total lieb und nett ist und mir meine ganzen Fragen beantwortet hat bis hin zu dem Ergebnis meiner Nase und der Arbeit von Dr. Gökpınar. Wenn ich die Option hätte würde ich das ganze alles nochmals machen🩷🌸Danke für alles🫶🏽🤗

May 26,2024Ich war im Mai zur Rinohplastie, ich wurde von Duygu Çorbaz ♥️♥️♥️♥️ betreut von Anfangan hat Sie mich super betreut und aufgeklärt, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich habe mein Traum endlich erfüllt und habe mich für Frau Dr. Damal Özdmir entschieden, ich würde es noch mal tun, professionell und liebevoll noch Mals danke danke an sie ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Hotel und Klinik einfach nur Deluxe, sauber und freundliche Mitarbeiter. May 25,2024Ich hatte am 29.04.24 meine Schlauchmagen Op, und ich hatte im Vorfeld wirklich Angst ob das wirklich alles so wahr sein kann, aber Duygu hat mich super beraten mir jede Angst genommen und als ich da war, hat alles super geklappt! Von der Ankunft , die Voruntersuchungen , Aufenthalt bis zur Abreise war alles 🤩 Und selbst jetzt fast 4 Wochen später schreibe ich Duygu bei fragen und sie beantwortet mir alles…🙏🏼1000 dank, auch an das Ganze Team von euch!!!🙏🏼🤩🤗

May 25,2024Had my operation on the 16th April 24, I booked just after Christmas, nothing was to much for the staff, any questions I had they always got back to me, leading up to departure was kept in the loop of what was happening, surgery was alot later than I expected but did eventually go down, despite the nurses not speaking alot of English, Google translate was brilliant and they always understood, I am now 5weeks post op feeling good, losing weight would highly recommend.

May 29,2024Im Manchester based, I booked on to have my gastric sleeve with burcin my coarnator and she was lovley she had an answer for evrything, nothing was a silly question she was so very helpful throughout my journey. My whole experience was excellent, I had the economy package and they are all very thorough. I had no complications and I'm 3 months post opp best decision for my wellbeing and health. Thsnk you x
