May 01,2024Top class start to finish, I couldn't fault a single thing , from my initial contact , the hotel rooms at the premium facility are 5* , My surgical team took great care of me . A highlight was my Interactions with Victor who took great care of Me , a native English speaker put me ease I couldn't recommend it enough

May 01,2024I traveled alone and It was amazing from the moment I arrived at the airport. Transfer to the hotel was quick and easy to find, I had no problems at all when arriving. I was picked up from the hotel at 7:30am and taken to the hospital for tests, hospital was clean and very modern. Everyone was so nice and made me feel welcome and calm. I was then quickly taken to the hospital ready for the surgery, I met with Dr Arslan who was amazing. I had pain after the surgery which is completely normal but nurses worked well to give me pain medicine so I felt as comfortable as possible, soon after Dr Arslan came in to see if I was doing ok which was very nice. If im not mistaken he came in to see me everyday I was at the hospital, 10/10 care very different to the care here in the UK. I quickly started to feel better. I have no complaints at all! Clean, safe hospital and ALL staff and nurses were amazing all so kind and caring. Only the transfer from the hospital to the hotel was 1hour and 30 minutes late but these things happen so im not upset at all. My journey was better than I could have imagined. I am healing very well, all incisions are very very well done and I have 0 complaints, I have no strange pains or symptoms. All is going to plan! Thank you❤️

May 01,2024My honest review of my surgery at gozde !! I made contact via there website and received a WhatsApp from my coordinator Ata, he has been truly amazing from start to finish, I must of bombarded him with a million questions and requests and he saw to literally everything, he even came and visited me in hospital he went above and beyond for me. The myway hotel was a real treat, exceptionally clean and luxurious, loved the rooftop terrace hiding on floor 2, the eco hospital was more like a hotel very comfortable and clean, all staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for me. I can honestly say I have never received this standard of care in the uk, there’s no waiting around for anything everything runs like clockwork, the uk nhs could learn a lot from Gözde, nobody likes being in hospital but it’s made so so comfortable, all transport was bang on time, every little detail ran like clockwork, I was very well looked after and could not fault any aspect of my trip from start to finish I cannot thank Ata and all the staff enough, I was terrified and I didn’t need to be I was in very safe hands I would hugely recommend Gözde to everyone.

Apr 30,2024Ozel Saglik, is an excellent hospital. Went there for my gastric sleeve. Doctor Ismail Yaman is really humble and ready to resolve all doubts. My coordinator Afaf is very polite and cooperative her support was exceptional in all matters from the first day I got in touch with her. The atmosphere of hospital was fresh, clean and positive. Hospital was well organised and everyone working in the hospital treats its patients with respect and dignity. highly recommend Gozde hospitals.

Apr 30,2024My overall experience at this hospital was great most of the staff was amazing and gentle except for a few nurses who had a little bit of an attitude for no reason. Apart from that everything was fine. My medical consultant devrim umut was very helpful with my preparation for the surgery couldn't be more grateful for him.

Apr 29,2024I had my gastric sleeve may 2023and can rate this hospital high enough my experience was amazing. My coordinator @Tenno Tiundeshev was wonderful 1 year on and he still answers my questions. My surgeons were prof Bendeili and Ozgur Cavdaroglu they did a wonderful job Ozgur still checks how I am.

Apr 29,2024Hi my name is Fiona Lingham. I had my gastric sleeve operation with Godze group in Turkey. Consultant was Dr Mehmet Denniz. From my first contact withthe lovely , experienced Afaf ,who set up my date for op and answered my questions, I was at ease going ahead with the surgery. She talked me through every aspect and even when I had to take a later flight, she updated my transport in Turkey and made sure the hospital was aware of my admission early hours of the morning. Had op on Monday, discharged on Thursday and flew home on Friday. Now I'm just recovering ❤️🩹

Apr 29,2024Brilliant service from start to finish. Special shout out to coordinator Fitnat, who answered all my questions and was always ready to hand if I needed something, nothing was ever too much for her. Hotel is beautiful, Hospital is very clean and modern, exactly how it is described. On the day of surgery, everything was very well organised and efficient. Dr Mehmet Deniz and his team were fantastic, answered any questions, gave reassurance and did a fantastic job. Only one negative but it is as expected, an interpreter to be present prior to the endoscopy and surgery would of been appreciated, as there were very little common before sedation and during set up in theatre due to the language barrier. This would have been perfect to just explain what is going to happen and to offer reassurance at that stage. Everything else was fantastic, all the staff are very kind, would definitely recommend 👍🏼

Apr 29,2024Ich hab meine Nase machen lassen bei dr. Gökpinar. Der Arzt ist echt Mega gut. Hab mich bei ihm wohl gefühlt und bisher bin ich mit dem Ergebnis zufrieden. Ich hatte allerdings Probleme mit dem Krankenhaus. Es ist an vielen Zimmern leider nicht renoviert, sehr alt, nicht hygienisch. Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen, wo die Spülung nicht funktionierte, und das Fenster dicht war. Es war heiß und wir haben kaum Sauerstoff bekommen, was nach einer Operation nicht toll ist. Es war vereinbart, dass meine Begleitperson auch verpflegt wird, leider hat sie aber nichts zu essen bekommen. Der Transfer war nie gut organisiert aber die Fahrer immer lieb. Das Personal im Krankenhaus war auch sehr bemüht und lieb, sprachen nur leider kein Englisch sodass es ständig zu Missverständnissen kam. Duygu Cabaz hat mich aber gut begleitet, vieles erledigt und schnell geklärt. Eine emphatische, süße, liebe Frau :) 😘😘😘💝💝💝 und war für einen immer da. Dadurch habe ich nochmal etwas vertrauen in der Sache bekommen und bin letztendlich mit einem guten Gefühl zurück geflogen. Vielen dank dafür!!!

Apr 28,2024Everything was explained to me from start to finish, my coordinators were always responsive if I had any questions. I found the Hospital to be clean and the nursing staff friendly. Although you do need to use google translate but this is not an issue.

Apr 28,2024My Consultant Nazlican , was so amazing as she provided me with all the information nd eased my fears, she explained to me the procedures, and was very helpful. I would recommend her as she’s a good communicator and she answered all my questions without any delays 😊😊

Apr 27,2024I attended a roadshow held in London and met with the surgeon and Alp who assisted with the booking and translation. The trip was well organised from collecting at the airport, taking to the hotel then to the hospital the next day. Thorough pre op assessment with any questions answered, I was well cared for in hospital and any queries delt with promptly by Alp. Recovery has gone well with 1 1/2 st lost to date.

May 01,2024Before surgery, I was given enough information to make the decision that suited my needs. I especially appreciate my medical consultant -Ata, he was awesome! Prompt to respond and always willing to help. My op was performed by Dr Mehmet Kemiksiz, a friendly and knowledgeable surgeon who also answered all my questions and reassured me. The overall care was great. Despite language barrier, the staff and nurses made a lot of effort to provide the best care. I would return to this hospital for other procedures if needed.
