Apr 25,2024I was in the eco hospital. The hospital is clean. The rooms are ensuite and clean and comfortable. The nurses were nice, if any difficulty with translation I just used Google translate. The op went ahead with no complications. I was visited by Dr Arslan about 5 or 6 times in the first 24 hours. He is a lovely man. My coordinator Yigitcan was brilliant. Got back to me so quickly when I had any questions

Apr 25,2024I had a gastric sleeve with gallbladder removal on Sunday, April 14th, with Dr. Mehmet Deniz, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I received. From his own personal nursing staff who cared for post surgery to the pre-op teams and dieticians who answered all my questions with ease. I met Dr Deniz at a roadshow in Manchester and instantly booked with him as he reassured me of all my questions. I recommend anyone to go with him and his amazing team.

Apr 25,2024I had gastric sleeve surgery here in March 2024. My co-ordinator Atakan was fantastic and i have already recommended Atakan to others, he was great with contacting me with all the details of the packages that the hospital offered, any questions I had he was helpful to answer and put my mind at rest, even after surgery when I returned to England he has been happy to still answer questions for me. While at the hospital I felt my treatment was better than some I have been to in the UK, pre-op tests were very thorough, I felt safe with the surgical team, my surgeon Dr Yeldan was fantastic so happy i had him to do my operation. Most nurses spoke good English and were more than happy to help me and my companion, my private room had everything I needed, I was sent home with medication and protein shakes.

Apr 24,2024Could not fault the hospital or staff nurse Fatima was really nice 😊 Mr cenk was lovely aslong as you have google translate you will be fine I was looked after really well the man who takes you for your tests is lovely and his English is brilliant 👍 he explains everything. Operation went well make nurse while Looked after me all night after was amazing kept up with pain meds if you need more just ask on google translate he was so patient with me there is a language barrier but they do there best. It’s quite a culture shock at first the area but you will be well looked after. For companions I recommend the little bistro over the road really nice food and great prices called woman’s bistro the hotel your stay in after is really nice you can’t fault it the lentil soup & Apple was soo nice again good prices just not much to do at all the part of Istanbul you go is not for tourists I was glad to get home to recover . Pırıl Ece Akın Was my cordinator she’s is lovely communication amazing never leaves you waiting long for a reply thank you so much to her and the team at Baypark & Ayça dietican so helpful and lovely & especially my surgeon mr zafer cenk 👍

Apr 19,2024I booked in for a gastric sleeve and my operation was the 4th April I booked to have it done and the premium Ozel Saglik hospital in Izmir after doing a lot of reading on hospital and surgeons I knew after reading all sorts I wanted Dr Memhet Deniz the day of my op it very fast paced with all the pre op tests they do which I found better as it didn’t give me time to panic once tests were done I met Dr Deniz who was lovely very limited English but that didn’t matter as his team speak English I was told my op could go ahead so we paid and was given a room I went down for surgery about 4:20 turkey time when I came around i had quite a lot of gas pain in my chest my dr came to see me and said it was normal I explained I had asthma and gas pain was in my chest the trick is walk walk walk which really helped his team were fantastic I had painkillers anti sickness injection I was also nebulised every 4 hours never once did I have to ask for anything the cleaners came in regular and so did Dr Deniz I got discharged from hospital a day early as I was doing so well I can’t honestly thank Dr Deniz and his team enough the level of care was second to none and he has saved me if anyone is in second thoughts about doing this I’d say don’t just do it I’m 2 weeks post op today and I’ve already lost 2st 3lb DR DENIZ YOUR MY HERO 💙

Apr 18,2024Well had my operation in gozde hospital on 14th April 2024 . well what can I say the care I had before the operation put my mind arrest with all the Ops they put me through before going under operation, was the best ever. Not gonna sugarcoat it when I came around I thought what the hell have I done the pain was horrific, but the nurses and the care they work so hard 24 hours by your side and they cannot do enough for you by seeing to your pain and you care, they are absolutely amazing the nurses care so if you’re planning to come to this Hospital, hope I can put your mind at ease, as the care is absolutely hundred percent wonderful thank you for looking after me for my new life start for for being slim healthy .👍

Apr 17,2024What an experience! From start to finish I cannot fault my trip to Izmir for surgery. My coordinator Alp was super helpful, he answered my many questions leading up to my date of travel. The hotel was amazing and all transfers were great too. The Gozde hospital was 5 star, upon arriving I had Dr Damla’s amazing team look after me, Dr Damla also came to introduce herself. The morning of my surgery I had my consultation and surgery went well. the aftercare team were fantastic and so helpful. My coordinator Alp came to see how I was doing after my surgery which I thought was lovely! I have Dr Damla available on WhatsApp now I am back home, which is helpful. I also visited Gozde dentist while I was in Izmir too, I was amazed at how well they looked after me in between dental treatments and rhinoplasty. I cannot fault this company one bit, every detail is thought of. I 100% recommend anyone going for surgery here 😊

Apr 13,2024I had rhinoplasty done by Dr Damla at Özel sağlik, I’m very pleased with how the surgery went and the results are amazing. Dr Damla was fantastic she was very understanding and listened to how I wanted my nose to look. Hospital staff were very caring and kind I was treated very well and was very well looked after. I had a fantastic medical coordinator named Yunus Emre Ekici who helped with my bookings and flights and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this hospital to friends and family and I would definitely use it again in the future

Apr 13,2024Ich bin durch Facebook auf die Kliniken aufmerksam geworden und habe mich dort einer Schlauchmagen Operation unterzogen. Ich kann nur Positives berichten. Man wird von Anfang bis Ende gut beraten, umsorgt und fühlt sich zu keinem Zeitpunkt allein gelassen. Mir geht es nach 7 Tagen wieder richtig gut und ich würde es jederzeit wieder machen. Meine Beraterin ist Duygu Cabaz bei der ich mich auch hier nochmal ganz herzlich bedanken möchte. Großes Lob geht auch an das gesamte Team von Gözde International Hospitals.

Apr 06,2024My over all experience was good however there's a few things at premium that would of made the stay a 5 star 🌟 For the hospital. 1.the pre op tests were very good excellent I'd say 😀 2. The room was lovely and my companion had 3 meal per day 3. Doctor deniz is so friendly and lovely checked on my in recovery and in room twice. 4. Mert my coordinator was 10/10 cannot fault the man he visited me in hospital day I arrived, and I had my reports sent to me 3 days after arriving home and he always answered me on WhatsApp very friendly man. 5. The pain after operation and coming round isn't for the faint hearted but if you can handle 24hours and walk every 2 hours you will soon recover and listen to the doctors instructions. Things I didn't like !! 1. I was there on the weekend and they never gave us clean towels or changed my bed once I had shower I wasn't getting back into sweaty bed so we founds some cuboards and made it ourself. 2. The nurses are not as happy as they look on tiktok quiet miserable if I'm honest the one woman eyeballed me and snapped sayin okay because I asked for pain meds. 3. I do think 1st couple of days you should be given pain relief 3 times aday the nurse kept telling us 6am and before bed which too me wasn't enough, it took 1 girl crying before they would give her some extra pain relief.. But I'm hopefully recovering well and my experience was generally nice just those extra things would of made it better. I'm thankful to my surgeon mehmit deniz I'm alive and seem to be doing well so far

Apr 06,2024I contacted Gozde International Hospital via Facebook back in November, which then continued communication via WhatsApp. My coordinator was Batuhan, who was exceptional, informing me of every process and step involved, and answering any questions truthfully, correcting any misconceptions or horror stories such as hidden costs. Another coordinator involved was Nilsa, who ensured our transport and safety, also providing excellent service. Despite the surgery being over three months away, we stayed in touch, sharing many laughs which eased our anxiety as the date approached. Upon arrival, the transfer was smooth and punctual, and the hotel was as luxurious as described by Batuhan. All the staff treated us with respect and courtesy, explaining every step of the way. There were no hidden costs, as stated on the consent form, which one should read before signing. Dr. Eyup was a fantastic surgeon, always smiling, and checked on me before and after the surgery. The aftercare was outstanding; the staff knew what they were doing. It's been a week since the surgery, and I am healing beautifully with no complications. A nice touch at the end was both Batuhan and Nilsa coming to see me and my friends to check on us, showing their genuine care. We are still in touch via WhatsApp, which they don't have to do, but it shows their genuine nature. I can't thank them enough for making this journey safe and smooth, devoid of stress or anxiety. I can't wait to start my new chapter.

Apr 06,2024I first contacted Gozde International Hospital on November 2023 and within a few hours I received a WhatsApp message from Batu. Since then communication has been constant, consistant and above all else friendly, non biased and non judgemental. Batu remained my co-ordinator from that point on, and then Nilsu joined the group chat as the travel and hotel organiser. What an amazing duo they are! The company went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. Questions were always answered...even at silly o'clock in the morning. The hotel was amazing, I honestly think it's the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Private transfers to and from the hotel, airport and hospital. Extensive tests done at the sparkling clean and modern looking hospital. We were not rushed about. Everything was done in it's own time and in perfect sequence. Everyone who was part of the whole procedure was amazing...from Batu at the start, Nilsu....then Banju (spelling?) and Emin the two nurses who took amazing care of me in the hospital. Dr Eyup Yeldan was also amazing, taking time out to introduce himself before the operation and then checking on me twice after the operation. Companions were treated really well and staff couldn't do enough for them. We were spoken to by many professionals during the whole procedure. On leaving the hospital we were given all necessary medication, protein shakes, vitamins and paperwork. English translated test results were also provided as well as a prescription for any other medication we may have needed. If I could give 100 stars I would.
