Apr 05,2024I had Gastric Sleeve Surgery at Izmir Ozel Saglik Hospital in Turkey. From the start, talking with my coordinator Piril who organised my surgery with Dr Mehmet Deniz. She answered all my questions and put me at ease it was a smooth and excellent experience pre arriving in turkey. On the day of travel, everyone from landing at the airport to checking in at My Way Deluxe Hotel and all the Dr's and especially the nursing staff, I was treated with respected and my care was 100% excellent, at no point did I have any regrets. Dr Mehmet Deniz is a true gentleman and has to be the best surgeon I've experienced, and I have no regrets booking with him. Also I would like to shout out to Victor my English translator, who looked after me from checking me into the hospital, going through all the pre opp checks to signing the paperwork and he visited me everyday making sure i was ok. He is an amazing person and so so funny and a credit to the company. I am now 4 weeks post opp and already have lost 3st

Apr 04,2024The whole process of booking to post opp is very thorough. Any questions are answered quickly and well in English. Instructions when arriving at the airport are good. transfers are included so no taxis needed. The day after arriving I had bariatric surgery. The doctors and nurses were excellent and the interpreter was clear.she repeated word for word what the surgeon was saying. The tests were great . more thorough than the NHS in the UK. At the end of the week I left to fly back to the UK. Any questions were still answered quickly and well. A year on I've lost 6 stone and just booked a face lift and eye surgury in the same hospital. Gozde International hospital in Izmir is second to non. Cheap, clean great staff. Fabulous after care .Great communication when i need bloods doing at my own gp surgery. I'm looking forward to going back. I'm not nervous I'm excited 😆

Apr 03,2024From making first contact with Devrim Umut and having him organize my surgery with Mehmet Deniz has been nothing but great. From start to finish I have been looked after kept informed and treated so well. Pre op tests were thorough and they look after you every step of the way. Still in contact with my coordinator now, 2.5 weeks post op home and doing great. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking at gastric sleeve surgery in Turkey to approach Devrim and get booked in. Mehmet Deniz is the best surgeon by far and I have 0 regrets, I’d recommend the premium hospital, the nurses Viktor and everyone were just great…

Apr 01,2024My Medical Consultant and coordinator Nazlican Caldiran has and still is amazing. My experience with her has been faultless. From the start of my journey (November 23 to present March 24) has been outstanding. She was at hand all times of day and night to answer questions and put me at ease. She has always been fully informative and I am still in contact with her as I would like to come back to Turkey for a future surgery. I can not reccomend her or the surgeon's enough. Highly recommended. The hospital is outstanding, the rooms are very modern, very clean and hygienic, food is amazing, the nurses are fantastic and attentive, and the surgeon's know exactly what you want and strive to achieve it. I will definitely be going back in a couple of years for further surgery.

Apr 01,2024I flew out to have a gastric sleeve at Gözde Eco hospital in Izmir. I did plenty of research, before hand however my initial contact was made with Saida who was super helpful thro out the process. The surgical and nursing team were very caring and attentive and I’d have no issue in recommending them to anyone. Slight language barrier to be expected but once translated nothing was to much trouble. I’m so pleased I had this done and look forward to my new life. Transfers were all on time and communicated, whole process was very smooth and well coordinated.

Mar 31,2024Duygu Çabaz ist so eine tolle Beraterin gewesen..ich habe sie Monate vorher schon fast fäglich genervt und sie hatte für jede Frage eine nette Antwort. Dann habe ich sie in Izmir persönlich kennengelernt, wirklich so eine tolle Person. Auch meine Ärztin Damla Özdemir war so eine tolle Person. Sie hat mich so gut beraten und mir alles so genau erklärt. Bin froh diese Entscheidung getroffen zu haben und meine Nase bei ihr operiert zu habenn. Ich danke für alles ❤️

Mar 29,2024Having made the decision to have gastric sleeve surgery, did some research and kept coming back to Godze International. This was because 4 people in my family had already had the surgery with them and rated them highly and reviews were also very good. I was contacted by Burcin who has been very helpful especially as I wanted to arrive for an extra 2 nights before surgery, She has arranged this for me at a very reasonable price staying at the same hotel. I am travelling out in June and am very excited, I will leave a further review following surgery. Thank you Burcin x

Mar 27,2024Zu 1000% empfehlenswert. Die Planung lief von der ersten Sekunde an perfekt, dank meiner Beraterin Duygu. Im Krankenhaus war auch alles super. Die Ärztin Dr. Damla ist großartig. Sie hat einfach Ahnung von dem was Sie tut. Alle im Krankenhaus waren seeehr lieb und fürsorglich. Ich bin froh meine nasenop in dem Krankenhaus gemacht zu haben. Zu dem ist das krankehaus und das Hotel wunderschön und luxuriös. Vielen Dank an Duygu, Sie ist immer für alle Fragen offen und antwortet auch direkt und jederzeit.

Mar 26,2024From start to finish I cannot fault my experience of having a gastric sleeve. I had to change my original booking last minute, it was a straight forward change and I one less thing to worry about. The transfer was lovely and clean. The hotel was spacious, clean and very modern. I went to the economy hospital with Dr Yeldan and could not fault anything. The pre op tests are extensive to make sure you are fit enough to manage the surgery. Communication was good, only once did I not understand and the nurse took out Google translate straight away. I went solo and was very anxious, before being put under there was lots of reassurance. The hospital room is basic but you have your own toilet and shower. Companion gets to sleep on a chair bed, sheets and quilts are provided. TV has Netflix, there’s also a small fridge in the room for your companion. Pain relief and fluids were done timely, I never felt I needed more than I was given. I was given blood thinners throughout the night but left to rest, which was needed. I would 100% book the same package if I had to do it again. Cannot fault the service, the care or the attention. Do your research so you know what to expect. If you want fully English speaking staff stay in England! Many nationalities visit Gozde, you should speak Turkish not the other way round.

Mar 23,2024I went to Gozde Ozel Saglik Hospital in Izmir on 13th March 2024 for a gastric sleeve. The service from contacting my co-ordinater Alp to being discharged was first class. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough if you are looking for WLS. The hospital was spotless and 5* and the hotel they use is also excellent. The nurses and staff are all so kind and caring, nothing was too much trouble. My surgeon, Prof Yaman, was excellent and I owe so much to him. He was kind, caring and very approachable. Everything was organised for me and I just had to turn up.

Mar 21,2024My experience has been nothing short of perfect. I have been in constant contact with my medical coordinator, Fitnat since October 2023 with my surgery date with Dr Deniz in March 2024. I have been home a week now and Fitnat is still continuing to help with any questions and has sent over post op notes quickly. Fitnat has answered all my questions night and day and she has reassured me when I had doubts. Dr Deniz and his team, especially Victor are incredible. I never had to ask for anything, they were quick and efficient with all my needs and I’m astounded by how thorough the pre-op tests were which had discovered some underlying heath issues. Victor spent most of my op day with me, he calmed me down and consoled me when I was panicking and promised me all would be ok. I saw him each day after my op and he is fantastic, we had a great laugh and he truly loves to help people. The whole time in hospital was fantastic and the nurses were so attentive around the clock. Dr Deniz reassured me at every stage when I was feeling anxious and Dr Deniz was by my bedside once I came round from the anaesthetic. I really do owe this man my life. The hospital and hotel is beautiful and clean and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Dr Deniz, I thank you!

Mar 20,2024I travelled to Turkey on 10/3/24 to have a gastric sleeve with Eyup Yeldan at the Gozde Economy Hospital. My booking co-ordinator was Devrim Umut and my travel co-ordinator was Pelin. From the start, Devrim walked me through the booking process. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and approachable. He was friendly and very quick to respond. He was patient and respectful when answering my questions. He even went over and above my expectations when he responded to me contacting him at 3am (false alarm over a missing passport). He certainly made the process easy and I feel grateful to have him as my coordinator. Pelin was equally helpful. All travel information was received promptly and was crystal clear. It put my mind at rest that everything was taken care of. Both coordinators kept in contact once I arrived in Turkey 🇹🇷 and I appreciated them checking in on me. I opted to have my operation with Dr Yeldan at the economy hospital. This was because my research showed flawless reviews of Dr Yeldan. The hospital experience was very good. I found the process to be very efficient. It is like a well oiled machine - everyone knows what they are doing, when they have to do it and how to do it. The pre-op process was swift and impressive compared to the NHS process. The operation went very well with no complications. I was discharged to the hotel after 2 days. I found Dr. Yeldan and his team to be professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Gozde hospital. The whole experience has been really good.

Mar 19,2024Ich muss ehrlich sagen, bin Mega begeistert von der Klinik. Ich war wegen einer Magenverkleinerung da. Preis Leistung ist super. Falls mögliche gesundheitliche Beanstandungen entstehen, besteht evtl. zusätzliche minimale Kosten. Was mir zusätzlich meine Gesundheit gerettet hat. Die moderne Klinik sowohl auch die etwas ältere Klinik sind genauso wie unsere Kliniken in Deutschland. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Sprachkenntnisse sind überwiegend Türkisch und Englisch. ABER es sind genügend deutsche Dolmetscher vorhanden. Einfach drauf bestehen wenn man das englische gar nicht versteht. Sind sehr pflegeleicht. Transfer, Klinik, Hotel und ganze Organisation verlief sehr gut. Solllte die Begleitung nicht gut schlafen können, dann am besten Luftmatratze mitnehmen. Bei der Ernährungsberatung ruhig fragen stellen, sie werden euch stets alles beantworten. Ein großes Lob und Dankeschön an meine Vermittlerin Duygu Çabaz, die mich seit dem ersten Tag begleitet hat. Sie beantwortet alle Fragen und wenn sie selbst nicht weiter weiß holt sie sich es sogar von den Ärzten. Da fühlt man sich gleich in guten Händen. Sie ist die Ruhe weg, dass sie mir jegliche Nervosität genommen hat. Ein Herzensmensch. Desweiteren wurde ich von Kjeld (Direktor für Auslandspatienten) begleitet. Er ist ein sehr fachlicher und kompetenter Direktor. Er ist sehr detailliert und erklärt dir alles bis zum Organ! Ich war eine sehr nervöse und ängstliche Patientin und hat mich vor und bis nach der Op begleitet und bewacht. Ein ganz großes herzliches Dankeschön. Mein zuständiger Arzt war Dr Eyüp Yeldan. Er ist ein sehr kreativer und ehrlicher Arzt. Die Op verlief sehr gut. Er besucht seine Patienten jeden Tag und steht für Fragen offen und beantwortet sie und gibt Ratschläge. Auch an ihm ein großes Dankeschön. Zu guter Letzt ein herzliches Dankeschön an Ümit der sich um meine ältere Mutter gekümmert hat. Vielen lieben Dank an das ganze Team und die Kollegen im Krankenhaus.

I have been dealing with Alp and he has been patient with the amount of questions I've asked and there was really no pressure to book. At the hospital the staff care for you so well and work so hard! And Alp popped in to see me too which was nice. I found the whole 5 days well organised and I would recommend this company to friends and family in the future.

Mar 15,2024I was lucky to have Efe as my first assistant, his help before and after the surgery has been the best, I think he made everything easier. My surgery was with Dr. Serkan Gokpinar, he did an extraordinary job given the difficulty of my surgery. My assistant at the hospital was Umut, who was very kind and friendly and made everything easier. The hospital was fine, except that sometimes communication with nurses was a little difficult as they were not fluent in English. I had a small complication after the surgery but the assistance was very good. The drivers were very friendly and understanding, especially Engin who was very helpful. The hotel was fine, except that breakfast had to be taken in the casino, which was outdoors and extremely cold. They should bring breakfast to each room, as the patients are still weak after surgery. I recommend not to go alone to the surgery, because there is no one in the hotel to help you for example to buy food or anything else. The lowest point of my experience was the hotel, although it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Overall it was a good experience and I recommend it, because the results of the surgery were great. Thank you!

He made me feel very at ease as has continued to support me after my surgery of a gastric sleeve. The hospital staff were all amazing and helpful. I felt very safe and well taken care of. I would recommend gozde and Devrim to anyone considering surgery or cosmetics
