Feb 07,2024I wasn’t told what to expect before I arrived. I had pre test the dr who did my abdominal scan screamed at me for asking to see my gallbladder on the screen due to the Uk not picking it up few months prior. He then started hitting the screen saying kidney stone angry. From this the whole experience was bad.the person who was translating was telling staff me and another lady who was having gastric surgery had bad vibes and from then on wards the care was bad. The staff ignored the buzzers for help after the operations 4 times they messed up the canular an after 2 days I had no fluids I was told to take my own medication what was suppose to be for when I return home. He was hounding me for extra money for gallbladder knowing I was extremely poorly he kept walking in my room numerous times in the day asking for money trying to get my friend to use my bank card to pay the extra 500. I was told medication was included yet they was asking for money for extra medication. I was asking for sleep medication as others got it but they kept saying they would give me but never they just ignored me. I was left without any pain medication. When i went down for the camera down the throat an they brought me back around I had loads of staff in my room joking around playing Barbie girl music loud an all eating an messing around which I found very unprofessional an when I asked when they will do my catheter they said no English an I kept asking for the catheter due to having a bladder condition they said it be done before the operation an I asked again while I was in the operation table they didn’t do it so when i had my op I had a accident an when I was took back to my room I told them I urinated in the bed an they said it’s ok I kept telling them and they left me for 6 hours eventually when I wasn’t so high from the morphine I had my friend help me up an she asked them to change the bed an they just flipped the mattress over. Tuesday to Friday the bed wasn’t changed the room was left piled up rubbish an because my bed had blood an other stains I asked if they could be changed an they didn’t they waited until 5am Friday morning come in the room she told me to get out of bed so she can change the bed which is terrible I was asleep an who changes a bed at 5am when I wasn’t checking out until 2pm.The operation went well an the surgeon did good he is a good surgeon how ever he is rude. I told him not to record me and I signed the papers to state no pictures no video an most defiantly nothing on social media an same with the other lady an they posted her on social media an they was secretly recording me an we caught them out an when said can I ask why your recording as we signed to say no recording an made very clear an they lied an got angry when He translated to the surgeon why are they recording he laughed an said ok bye an walked out an they was all laughing at us. The quality of care is so bad when it’s suppose to be first class. They left dirty needles on the blood pressure machine an touching other peoples medication they left a dirty needle for blood thinners in my food table for 2 days. I felt discriminated against an mistreated an I was told by He because I asked to see the gallbladder on screen not because I didn’t believe them but because I was shocked the uk didn’t pick it up specially it was a big one an I was shocked how they could miss it so I wanted to see as I was shocked but he said because I asked this this why I was treated bad due to me having a bad vibe for asking this which I find disgusting. He was talking about me an the other lady to other people in the ward an staff just because we was asking questions as we wasn’t told much or correct information on a lot of things by both consultants prior to arriving. I was really poorly an was told by one nurse she will put me on oxygen an 2 minutes after another one come in the room said no get up walk which I had been doing anyways an she was rude to me she also kept messing up my canulars an tried 4 times in different places an digging in my hands an arms so bad an because I cried she said really abrupt what do you want me to do an said I’m not trying no more go without an just drink water. I was left with no water when it should be provided. I was given a shake at 6am an told I need to drink within 3 hours but they didn’t give me stomach protector an when I pressed the buzzer as they wasn’t anywhere to be seen they took a hour to come to me an I said I can’t have the shake before the stomach protector an they said I had it in my canular which I didn’t as I didn’t have one on for 2 days by then an I said this to them an they said they will go check an didn’t coke back I waited a hour an rang my buzzer as again no one to be found an a hour later no one came still so I took from the medication that was for when I returned to the uk an I askfor a fresh shake an they said no so I went without a shake that day as they refused me.Bad care. 6 weeks bad infection since the op. Sie war super freundlich, sehr kompetent und hat mich zum Arzt im Beratungsgespräch begleitet, professionell gedolmetscht und alles erklärt. Auch nach der Ope hat sie sich Zeit für mich genommen und mir alle meine Fragen beantwortet und mir Tipps gegeben, damit ich das beste Ergebnis erzielen kann. Feb 05,2024My medical consultant was Ata and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Right from the off no question was too much trouble and he got back to me super quick and made me feel at ease. I enquired on 28th oct and just recently had my surgery on 3/2/24 with the amazing dr yeldan. All in all I could not fault the level of care I have received from the moment of booking until now. If you’re considering booking with Gozde I’d say go for it you’re in excellent hands!

Der gesamte Aufenthalt wurde zu einer Symbiose aus medizinischer Exzellenz, komfortabler Unterkunft und herzlicher Fürsorge. Die medizinische Versorgung war nicht nur auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik, sondern wurde auch von einem Team hochqualifizierter Fachleute durchgeführt. Die Ärzte zeigten nicht nur Professionalität, sondern auch Empathie, was meine Angst vor dem Eingriff erheblich milderte. Die Einrichtung selbst strahlte Sauberkeit und Effizienz aus, was zu meinem Vertrauen in die Entscheidung für dieses Krankenhaus beitrug. Was meinen Aufenthalt noch bemerkenswerter machte, war die sorgfältige Planung und Organisation rund um meinen 2-tägigen Hotel- und 3-tägigen Krankenhausaufenthalt. Die Abholung vom Flughafen verlief reibungslos, und der Service im Hotel und Krankenhaus war von höchster Qualität. Ihre Anwesenheit machte den gesamten Prozess so viel angenehmer. Duygu koordinierte nicht nur alle logistischen Aspekte perfekt, sondern nahm sich auch die Zeit, meine Fragen zu beantworten und meine Bedenken zu zerstreuen. Insgesamt kann ich das Gözde International Krankenhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es ist nicht nur ein medizinisches Zentrum, sondern ein Ort, an dem Patienten ganzheitlich betreut werden. Meine Dankbarkeit gegenüber dem gesamten Team, insbesondere Duygu, ist grenzenlos. Nothing seemed to be a problem for her she alleviated any of my concerns and was always there to answer my questions and provide support. Feb 02,2024100% would recommend. I’ve been here twice now with outstanding staff and experience both times. The hospital is amazing and my agent was on hand all day everyday when I had questions. Any worry I had was very quickly answered and left me worry free. After returning to the UK he is still on hand to answer questions and support me. Thankyou to my Surgeon also, his English was good and would highly recommend him. From the moment to book to arrival in Turkey to landing back in England…. The service was exceptional xxx

Feb 02,2024From start to finish my experience has been fantastic - booking with my coordinator Piril Eve Akin, who is really helpful and responsive. The luxury airport transfers waiting when I arrived in Izmir and welcoming staff at MyWay Deluxe Hotel where the accommodation is beautiful, spotless and really well located for exploring beautiful Izmir. An early morning transfer to hospital where the reception is more like a hotel and certainly not reminiscent of any uk hospital I’ve been in, I was welcomed by Victor. Victor spoke perfect English, he explained everything to me and held my hand through the multitude of pre-op tests - weight, height, bloods, blood pressure, mri, ct scan, etc. The checks were so vast and thorough I can’t even remember them all! After these, I was reunited with my husband and together we were introduced to Dr Mehmet Deniz who talked us the tests and answered any questions we had. After paying we were shown to our room which was lovely, spacious and had a fabulous en-suite and enormous tv. I went for an endoscopy and shortly afterwards my procedure. I had a gastric sleeve and opted to pay extra for premium staples on Dr Deniz” advice - recovery time was really important to me because I am self employed and needed to return to work asap. The lovely nurses had me up walking 3 hours post op and continuously administered pain relief. I walked and walked the first evening to get rid of the gas and was really glad I did. The following day I was like a button and have got better and better every day. I spent 3 nights in hospital and received wonderful care. I returned to work 1 week post op (not a manual job) and at 2 weeks post op, I feel fantastic and am already 16lbs down! Best decision I ever made and I cannot thank Gozde but especially Piril, Victor and the very skilled and wonderful Dr Deniz enough. I will always be grateful xx

Alles ist super gelaufen wie die Duygu unsere Ansprechpartnerin es gesagt hat. Vielen Dank an die duygu die uns sehr geholfen hat und mit uns war und auch an das andere Team.

Feb 01,2024Experienced Doctor, made me feel at ease. Lots of medical checks before the procedure was able to take place. Friendly ward staff, and coordinator who explained everything to us. I was able to bring a free companion so I was not left alone. Highly recommend.

Feb 01,2024Dr Deniz & his team are 10/10! From start to finish you are looked after! Nothing was too much trouble. Dr Deniz is really lovely guy & came to see me everyday with his fab team. The nurses are worth their wait in gold they work so hard & I never had to ask for anything they kept up with regular pain medication & constant obs checks. Since being home I have had Batu as my coordinator which I’m so happy about as all my questions are answered & Batu also checks in to see how I am! I would highly recommend Gozde, especially Dr Deniz & his team. Thank you for everything.

Feb 01,2024I went to the Gozde premium hospital for my gastric sleeve surgery with Dr Deniz at the end of January the whole journey has been seamless we were collected from the airport and welcomed at the my way deluxe hotel and quickly seen to our rooms after a long journey,the next morning we were collected and taken to the hospital by the mini bus when we arrived at the hospital we were welcomed by Victor and everything was clearly explained to us we were then whisked of to start our tests they are very thorough,unfortunately for me my surgery has had to be postponed as my tests came back abnormal but I am glad that they have as the consequences for me to have surgery could have ended very badly ,I have now come home to fix the problem and I will be back very soon my coordinator was Batu and he has been amazing and couldn’t have done any more for me everything has already been explained for by return and I can’t wait to return for my life changing surgery soon 🙂

Jan 31,2024I went to Gözde International Hospital for a Gastric Sleeve with Dr Deniz at the end of September and I couldn't fault my experience or results. From intial contact with Tenno who was fantastic answered all my questions, replied promptly and still checks in with me, to the nursing staff who were amazing meds given without needing to ask they were friendly and helpful it all went so smoothly. Dr Deniz and his team are faultless and I'm so glad I chose him and this hospital they've given me a new lease of life. Also the hospital was spotlessly clean with great facilities which was actually more like a hotel than a hospital which incidentally leads me to the pre and post op hotel which is lovely to. I'd highly recommend Gözde and Dr Deniz I can't thank everyone there enough.

Jan 31,2024I would like to say that I would recommend Gözde International Hospital to everyone! It’s such a great hospital, with amazing staff. Starting with my surgery consultant Atakan, my friend who had surgery recommended the hospital and Atakan to me and he was honestly great. He made an amazing surgery plan for me and was really patient and helpful throughout the whole process. When I arrived at the hospital I was so surprised with how nice and welcoming everyone was. When I arrived I met my coordinator Yagmur. She was so lovely and helpful, she explained the whole procedure/process to me and put my mind at ease. When it came to the morning of my procedure I met my surgeon Dr. Damla she is such an experienced surgeon a perfectionist as well 😊 she took lots of photos of my face/nose and did an online simulation of how my nose was going to look like after the procedure, we discussed it together she asked what I didn’t like and how I would like it to look - we worked together until I was happy with the image. I was so happy and just couldn’t wait! Afterwards I met my anaesthetist ( I’m so sorry, I forgot his name😶) and he was soo lovely! Explained everything to me in great detail and once again that put my mind at ease as I was a bit stressed beforehand as it’s been a long time since I had general anaesthesia. It came to the operation and everything went smoothly.. 😊🙏 I woke up and had lots of help.. the nurses even dressed me after my operation and we’re helpful throughout the stay in the hospital. When we got to the hotel we were amazed how nice it was! Our room was lovely modern and very clean. Lovely hotel staff. Lots of nice places around the hotel cafes, bakery’s, shops. We had a lovely time. Oh! And can’t forget the drivers! They were great taking us from the airport to the hospital, hotel and back! Great experience! I will definitely come back. Thank you🥰x

Feb 07,2024It was amazing experience with Surgeon Eyup Yeldan, fantastic services in the hospital. Consultant Mert guided me throughout because I was quite reluctant for tummy tuck and gastric sleeve on different occasions. Mert reassured me about the results so I am glad that I chose this hospital and surgeon. I am transformed literally feels super all the time , lost 9kg in one and half month.
