Jan 31,2024I am booked to have a gastric sleeve in February 2024 My experience so far has been very good. My coordinator Burcin has always answered any of my queries and is so lovely. She has helped so much putting me at ease and preparing me for going to Gozde.

Jan 31,2024We did radiofrequency ablation of the cervical spine at the Gozde hospital. The result exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased. Special thanks to Tenno and Cheren for their efficiency and coordination. They organized everything in two days. They were in touch all the time and helped us contact the hospital and find the doctor we needed. Tenno stayed with us until we were discharged. Thanks to them for everything! I recommend it to everyone!

Jan 30,2024I have just paid the deposit for my surgery in April. Still in the early stages but Saida Davlatzoda has been amazing. Very quick to reply to all my questions. Saida came highly recommended from a friend and I have been really pleased with everything.

Jan 30,2024Obviously going for any surgery is concerning then add the going abroad pressures, however Dr Mehmet Deniz & his team were amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better process & team. The care given by everyone of them was unbelievable from the tests carried out to the after care even now I am home fabulous

Jan 30,2024Experience in hospital was amazing. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Hospital was like a hotel, extremely clean and very well organised, I felt completely safe and reassured by the whole team all the way through. I would definitely recommend anyone to come to your hospital. I saw dr Deniz on tv a few weeks ago on itv news, that just confirmed to me that I’d made the best decision to have the surgery with him as he was completely transparent about the surgery, whereas others haven’t been. I did a whole years worth of research before I chose what hospital & surgeon to go with, I looked into the types of equipment used, pre & post op tests, medications etc and I can honestly say everything I looked into was all of the highest standard here. I am nearly 1 year post gastric sleeve, my health has improved significantly, the only thing I wasn’t expecting was how hard it was going to be loosing the weight, the mental side of it has been difficult, in terms of battling binge eating and breaking old habits. My coordinator Tenno was helpful in answering any questions I had, and organised everything with travel transfers, hotel & hospital stay. I would recommend anyone to go here for surgery and use the Gozde team.

Jan 29,2024I come from Germany to Izmir and was from the 15.01-22.01there to have a nose job. All People were very nice and friendly. The Hospital and the Hotel were very pretty and all People were very friendly. My Operation was on the 16.01 by dr damla ozdemir and Göksu Gökkaya were by my side. He speak german and Translate for me in Turkish. He was very helpful and friendly too and i‘m very very happy. I would do this again because i felt safe :) And i‘m very very very happy with my new nose!!! I love it :) Thank you all :)

Jan 29,2024We were highly recommended Dr Deniz by a friend who recently has gastric sleeve surgery done with him and so I accompanied my friend who went to have her gastric sleeve surgery with him too. The co-ordinators were amazing and was fast to respond to back to any messages and queries. The information provided was very clear and so we booked. The transport and journey to the hotel was great, the hotel was lovely and so was the stay in the hospital. They get started on the tests straight away and they get you settled in a room as soon as all the tests have been completed. They keep you well informed on what is happening and the results and you get to talk about the results and your eligibility before the payment is made. The surgeries for that day went well and the after care was amazing. Highly recommend this hospital and surgeon. Thank you for your time, expertise and care.

Jan 29,2024Ich kann nur sagen,das der Aufenthalt und die Leistungen zu 120% erfüllt wurden und kann es nur weiterempfehlen 5Sterne+. Aber ein besonderes großes Lob bekommt Duygu von mir.Sie hat mich von Anfang bis Ende super betreut.Sie war 24stunden am Tag zu erreichen und hat mir bei allen Fragen die ich hatte sofort geantwortet und geholfen,das war toll und gab mir sofort das Gefühl von Geborgenheit.Nochmals vielen lieben Dank Duygu für deine tolle Arbeit.

Jan 29,2024I’m planning to have my gastric sleeve surgery this year in March 2024 and so far my experience with my coordinator AFAF is amazing i absolutely love this lady she puts my mind at ease of any questions I have she’s very helpful and respond to me very quickly I can ask her anything!! I feel like I known her all my life lol and I have such a good laugh with her that’s my new bestie. Thank you AFAF xx

Jan 28,2024My consultant Alp was absolutely amazing. They answered all my questions throughly and checked up on me after my surgery. They were very kind and informative throughout. Such an amazing soul and thank you so much for all your help. I was always at ease and had all the information I required and all my questions were answered immediately as they were just a message away when needed.

Jan 28,2024From the begining Yigitcan was wonderful and organised great services. Amazing treatment and care from Dr Deniz and his team they were all wonderful and the care was second to none. The hospital was so clean and modern. The hotel was fabulious also and felt so safe before and after surgery. I'm 3mths PO and still correspond with the team so there is great after care also.

Jan 28,2024The experience from start to finish was brilliant, initially booked via WhatsApp and had dr Arslan as surgeon. Any anxieties I had were settled as soon as I met the team because of how professional everybody was. We were collected from the airport and taken to the hotel with some other patients, and picked up again the next morning ready for tests and surgery. The tests were a whirlwind, and happened very quickly then I was put in my room for the afternoon until I went down to surgery. After coming back around I was given a lot of pain killers and drips to help keep me comfortable through the night Surgery went very well and in 2 weeks I have lost over 2 stone!

Jan 27,2024Ich wurde am 18.01.24 von Dr Damla operiert. Es war eine Nasen OP . Trotz meiner schwierigen Nase ist alles super gelaufen. Das Krankenhaus ist super Modern und ich wurde gut von den Schwestern umsorgt. Nach zwei Tagen ging es dann auch schon ins Hotel! Dort war auch alles super ! Duygu cabaz die süße Maus die für mich zuständig war hat alles sehr gut organisiert. Bei egal welchen Fragen oder sorgen konnte ich duygu zu jeder Zeit erreichen. Am Tag der Kontrolle war duygu selbstverständlich dabei und hat sich anschließend noch um mich und meine Fragen sehr gut gekümmert! Abgesehen von duygus Arbeit ist duygu ein wundervoller Mensch den man sich gerne anvertraut! Also wenn ihr eine OP machen wollt ,lege ich euch duygu gerne ans Herz ! Abgesehen von den Schmerzen der OP war alles super! Vielen Dank ans ganze Team ! Ihr habt gute Arbeit geleistet .

Jan 27,2024My recent experience with Gozde International Hospitals for a consultation in London was unfortunately disappointing and prompts me to advise others to thoroughly research before engaging with their services. Despite arriving 45 minutes early for my 2:10 PM appointment, I encountered an unexpected and prolonged wait of over two and a half hours, only to be informed later that there was uncertainty about the waiting time. This lack of organization and communication was further compounded by the additional expenses incurred for high parking tariffs and congestion charges. Upon addressing these issues with the staff, I was met with responses that I found to be discourteous and unhelpful. The assertion that such delays were normal and my concerns were unique was particularly disconcerting. Moreover, communication with the organizer, Fitnat, did not yield a satisfactory explanation or solution, which only added to my frustration. I also noticed a lack of recent activity on their Instagram account, with no posts since February 2023, which raises concerns about their current level of engagement and reliability. Based on this experience, I am led to question their capability to effectively manage more critical aspects of healthcare and treatment. It is imperative for a healthcare provider to demonstrate efficiency, communication, and respect, which were markedly absent in my experience. I hope this review serves as a constructive feedback for Gozde International Hospitals and aids others in making informed decisions about their healthcare choices.

Jan 31,2024I couldn’t recommend gozde international hospital enough! They go above and beyond for any of your needs. They go into detail with everything prior to your surgery always ask if you have any questions, are also happy to answer any. The whole hospital is absolutely spotlessly clean.
