Jan 18,2024From enquiring about surgery with piril to going for surgery with Dr ergin arslan I carnt fault it at all Everything was amazing Piril always came back with any answers to the questions I had And Dr ergin arslan was amazing so friendly and caring I'd like to say a massive thank you to both of them and there other staff

Jan 18,2024AMAZING, honestly absolutely fantastic and efficient. I was really nervous especially since I went alone but honestly It was all brilliant from the service, procedure, communication and reassurance I recieved I have nothing to fault. Dr Eyup Yeldan is awesome and all the nursing staff are so nice and helpful but I have to give extra praise to Efe who I originally booked my procedure through. He is absolutely incredible at getting back to you pretty much straight away no matter the time he didnt hesitate in helping me. Any question I sent his way he got me an answer within afew minutes. At one point I was in contact with another colleague of his and although they were okay in all honestly this persons efficiency was nothing compared to Efe. Efe was friendly, prompt and honest throughout, he would even help with tasks that i dont actuallythink where his responsibility. He even gave me a call after my discharge from the hospital to simply ask how I was feeling which I felt was super nice. If your nervous try not to be as it is honestly so straightforward (gastric sleeve) and my advice, if you can ask for Efe Kılınçarslan to be your coordinator because his customers service skills are on point. If he says he will get back to you in 10min believe it will be within 10min everytime! Fantastic hospital and fantastic staff. They're so good that your barely out of hospital and start wondering what else you can get done 🤣😅 (this is coming from a person who has never had anything done before this GS) Thank you

From my Coordinator Batu, answering all my questions to Dr Arslan carrying out my surgery, to his supporting team, to the nursing staff caring for me after surgery, these people are beyond amazing at what they do. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to you all. Don't doubt it, Book it 😊

Jan 17,2024My experience with Gozde International Hospitals was second to None. I had a gastric sleeve on the 10th January 2024! From the very first contact with My Coordinator Alp, everything was well organised, well led and very professional but with a friendly approach. Alp my coordinator was brilliant. So helpful and informative and always there when I needed with prompt responses. The economy hospital was nice and all the staff were great. My surgeon DR Yeldan was amazing and so approachable. Very caring and thorough. The hotel My way Delux was stunning. I really enjoyed my stay here as the rooms were very spacious and clean too. I cannot thank Gozde and all their staff enough for the care provided to me whilst having my operation. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Jan 17,2024Incredible service from start to finish - Mert, my coordinator was absolutely brilliant, he was so knowledgeable & answered any questions I had! He was always on hand from start to finish and he still checks in now (6 months PO) - I would use Mert again should I require/want any further surgery and would absolutely recommend him to any friends or family ☺️ My surgeon, Dr Arslan was amazing & again continues to be! So supportive and attentive before, during & after surgery whilst you’re recovering in the hospital - so glad I choose Dr Arslan, he has truly changed my life for the better! The process from booking to arriving to the surgery and everything after has been impeccable - hospital was spotless, they took amazing care of me and also my husband who came with me! Nothing was ever too much trouble for anyone! I am now 6 months PO gastric sleeve and have lost almost 7 stone! I honestly owe my life to Gozde and the people who work there 😍

Jan 17,2024I had gastric sleeve surgery on the 27th December 2023 with Dr Mehmet Deniz, my co-ordinator Yigitcan has been fantastic and kept in touch and even came to see me when I was recovering, the staff are great friendly and most speak english, nothing is too much trouble and the surgeon is friendly and can to visit every day to make sure all is ok - definitely recommend!

Jan 17,2024Found the whole experience excellent from start to finish everything went smoothly and efficiently. Any questions I had before hand I asked my coordinator busra and always had a very quick reply. From the time we were met at the airport to the time of departure run like clock work with no delays. When I met with my surgeon Dr Ismail Yaman I had the opportunity to ask any more questions I had and although anxious my mind was put at rest Hotel was really good, nice and clean along with the hospital also being the same I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Gozde International to anybody

Jan 16,2024My experience with Gozde international Hospital was amazing from the start to the end of my journey.The coordinators was amazing giving me Al the information I needed. Staff was amazing and always there when you needed them. I had my gastric sleeve surgery with Dr Deniz and he was amazing my operation went smoothly with out any problems . I am 1 week post op now and I still receive support from the team even though I am home. I would fully recommend gozde international to anyone who want to get any type of procedure done. I would definitely use again.

Jan 16,2024I had my Gastric Sleeve with Dr Mehmet Deniz on 8th January 2024. From first booking back in August 2023, my coordinator Busra has been absolutely amazing, any questions and concerns she answered for me, and sent me lots of information. Booking was easy all over whats app. great communication from Busra at all times.( even Post Op). I was lucky to meet Dr Deniz at the Manchester roadshow in Nov 2023. He instantly made me feel at ease with everything, answered all my questions and listened to why i want the sleeve. The Hotel and Hospital were very nice and rooms are lovely clean and comfortable. The Dr's and nurses at the Hospital were absolutely lovely, English very good and they were very patient over my needs and care. I definitely got 100% care. i think its lovely that Dr Deniz comes to see you every day whilst you are there. Loved having the discharge Photograph with you Mehmet. They explain all your medication to you before you are discharged, and give you a booklet which has been brilliant this past week. Also a huge thank you to my Travel coordinator Nilsu and Victor the hospital Coordinator. Victor definitely calmed my anxiety levels on the day of surgery. I would 100% recommend Gozde International Hospitals to anyone thinking of having the Gastric Sleeve. Thank you Dr Deniz and team for everything. now my journey starts to a new me 2024. :)

Jan 16,2024I was past the details of the coordinator Batu, he was very friendly from the get go. Answered all my questions and concerns, my transfer from the airport to hotel/hospital was pre arranged for me which was a smooth experience. The hotel was more like a home from home stunning apartment with a large bed, sofa and everything needed for the stay. At the hospital (economy) it was fairly basic but served its purpose, nursing staff were friendly and attentive when necessary, pain relief was available at any point. On my return to the apartment I was giving ample information, shakes and weighted. I was up walking around the local area the next day just taking my time. It has since been 4 months and Batu the coordinator still pops me a msg to see how I'm doing and how my progress is. Over all I'm very happy with my experience start to finish and the aftercare that I have received. I'm grateful to the team for giving me my confidence and life back.

Jan 16,2024Had my gastric sleeve here dated 09/01/2024, I have been looking into a sleeve for a few years, contacted lots of hospitals and decided to go with Gozde, Devrim Umut looked after me from the beginning to the very end, I cannot thank Devrim enough, I went on my own so it was a very big step for me, I was treated very well and the concerns I had soon went away. The tests are thorough the hospital and hotel was clean and all staff very attentive, my surgeon was Dr Eyup Yeldan and a lovely gentleman aso. Im home now and the aftercare is also very good. This is going to change my life for the better, thank you Gozde Hospital and Devrim for making sure everything went well for me and ran smoothly.

Jan 16,2024I don't have Notting that I dislike. Burcine Ozturk is helping me and leading me in this process she is doing her job very good and have lots of patience. For all my questions I get answer she is social and till now she is giving me all information I start talking with her in June 2023 and I will do my operations in April 2024 after my weigh lost operation I will add more 🌟

Jan 18,2024Every part of my experience with gozde international hospitals was amazing. My consultant Yunus Emre was so helpful and polite throughout, he arranged everything and was constantly available to answer all my questions and confirm my flight details before I booked and ensured everything went smoothly leading up. Once I arrived in Turkey the transport was already waiting and was met by 2 lovely gentlemen who took our bags and brought us to the hotel. The hotel staff were very polite and gave us our room. The room was lovely and clean and very modern. The day of my surgery I met victor who again was very lovely and helpful, I had all my tests as soon as I got in and not long after went for my surgery. I met my doctor before hand, Dr Mehmet Deniz, he was so warm and kind and made me feel comfortable and informed before the surgery, everybody was so organised and I can’t fault any of the staff, they were very professional and attended to all my needs. Post surgery I was able to rest and not long after I was walking up and down the halls. I had 3 surgeries at once and was surprised at how good I felt by the next day, the nurses gave me all the pain killers I needed at the right times and kept a very good eye on my progress. I was discharged early due to my constant walking and listening to my doctors and nurses advice. I loved my whole experience and would do it all again. Not only am I happy with my results and experience, I was happy to know things about my health that were never highlighted to me here in the uk. I thank everyone at Gozde international hospital and plan to visit very soon to have a general health check and visit everyone there.
