Jan 27,2024Es gab einige Schwierigkeit, weswegen ich nur 2-3 Sterne vergeben möchte. Als wird gelandet sind, wurde uns Abendessen versprochen, daraufhin gab es nur eine Suppe für 2 Personen und etwas Brot vom Frühstück noch. Der Arzt Dr Serkan Gokpinar war sehr kompetent und hat auf mich ein professionellen Eindruck gemacht, sowie das Krankenhaus Personal, welches sich wirklich sehr fürsorglich um mich gekümmert hat. Ich habe mir meine Nase am 12.12.2023 von Dr. Serkan Gokpinar operieren lassen. Es wurde vor Ort teilweise wenig, seitens der Dolmetscherin, zu uns kommuniziert, weshalb ich des öfteren nachfragen musste (Abholtermine etc.). Auch im Nachgang, in Deutschland, wurde ich öfter von ihr ignoriert, weshalb ich nur noch mit dem Doktor in Kontakt stehe. Den Arzt, das Krankenhaus Team und das Hotel kann ich vom Herzen weiterempfehlen, dennoch gibt es im Ablauf und in der Kommunikation noch einiges an Verbesserungsbedarf.

Jan 26,2024I can not recommend this hospital enough the care received is excellent I’m one week PO and 14lb down from start to finish it’s been a fantastic experience and my coordinator Mert has been an amazing support and nothing has been too much trouble for him, even checks in from time to time, first class gent! I have nothing negative to add! A star all round!

Jan 26,2024Ive yet to have my surgery, I go on the 5th of February, However cannot fault my coordinator one bit Melis has been extremely helpful, she’s kind and professional and is quick to respond to any questions or worry’s you have 100% recommend

Jan 26,2024Ich würde aufjedenfall nur das private Hospital empfehlen. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Es ging alles sehr schnell, für mich etwas zu schnell. Das Gespräch mit dem Arzt dauerte nur 10 Minuten und im Anschluss war meine Nasen Op. Es ist alles gut verlaufen. Ich bin sehr dankbar an Herr Göksu Gökkaya, er war immer erreichbar und hat mir vor, während und nach der Op geholfen. Er ist sehr professionell und hat auf jede Frage eine Antwort 👍🏻

Jan 26,2024My Coordinator, Alp Pisiren was very helpful right from start. He’s very polite and explained everything in detail and was very prompt in answering any questions that I had throughout the process, which helped put me at ease when approaching the surgical day. The surgeon and nurses were very professional and I can’t praise them enough for the care that I’d received.

Jan 25,2024The service I received was second to none. I was very nervous about having surgery abroad but was made to feel welcome and in good hands. Every thing from my coordinator Atakan Songelen alway coming straight back to me with any questions, the transfers from the hospital to the hotel. Hotel was beautiful and friendly workers there. When in hospital all the staff nurses and my surgeon (Dr Arslan) were all amazing. Dr Arslan visited me every day until I was discharged. I’m now 10 weeks Post Op and I’m so happy I chose Gozde International Hospital in Izmir. Thank you

Jan 24,2024After researching for a while and based on 4 x personal recommendations for him, I had gastric sleeve surgery on 16th January 2024 with Dr Arslan, at the premium hotel, Izmir, his team and all the nurses are amazing, especially Erva, she couldn’t do enough for us. Pre op tests are extensive they cover so much, ecg/ lungs/ bloods/ scans etc and results explained in full before the op. Dr Arslan spoke perfect English, he visited me daily to check up on me throughout my 3 days in the hospital. Erva made our stay so easy and reassuring me and my mum throughout, nothing was too much trouble and she visited us multiple times a day updating us on what was happening/ going to happen who we were due to see etc I always felt I knew what was happening or going to happen. The dietician and all staff spoke and understood English perfectly, there was no language barrier, all nurses spoke some English and used a translation app if they needed to, to let you know what they were doing. When asking for pain meds or anti sickness they sorted straight away, they also came regularly to provide pain/fluids etc. The care I received was better than I could have expected, the hospital room was luxurious spacious and so clean! My mum (companion)s bed was in my room, a double sofa bed and super comfy, large TV with English channels on, our stay was perfect and the My Way hotel on first and last days was also outstanding, we had 2 double bedrooms and enjoyed our stay. All medical notes etc are translated to English and sent to you to provide to your GP. I honestly can’t fault the care and compassion received from Gozde - thank you all xxx

Jan 24,2024Ich möchte gerne meine umfassende Zufriedenheit bezüglich meiner Nasenoperation teilen. Die gesamte Organisation war ausgezeichnet, und dabei erwies sich Duygu Çabaz als eine äußerst hilfreiche Unterstützung, insbesondere bei Fragen und der allgemeinen Organisation. Ihre schnellen Antworten trugen erheblich dazu bei, dass ich mich sehr gut betreut fühlte. Dr. Serkan Gökpinar hat hervorragende Arbeit geleistet, und ich bin mit dem Gesamtergebnis und dem reibungslosen Ablauf sehr zufrieden. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an Duygu für ihre herausragende Arbeit als Ansprechpartnerin. Bei meinen Anfragen zu Nasenoperationen habe ich mehrere Seiten durchsucht, und Duygu stach mit ihrer kompetenten Art hervor. Ihre umfassenden Informationen und die schnellen, ausführlichen Antworten auf meine Fragen haben maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass ich mich für die Gözde Klinik für meine Nasenoperation entschieden habe. Jan 23,2024I was nervous tbh however Saida Davlatzoda was so helpful,pleasent and spot on with all the organising,making it seamlessly easy. As for dr Ergin Arslan, such a wonderful person.i was in safe hands and he went above and beyond. The care and attention you get there is excellent.have no doubts, the Gozde offers the best possible treatment and care you can ever expect to find.

Jan 22,2024The treatment was so professional. If you require anything above average the medication or support ensure you have £ to tip(this is culture). You also need to pay for any further complications like hernia or gallbladder issues at £500 each. If your BMI is over 50 you’ll also need more blood thinning meds which is an additional cost(prescription). I would like to say the coordination of all of it pre, surgery and post it was fantastic. Also they are reluctant to give pain relief as it is just gas pain. I would definitely recommend.

The whole experience from start to finish has been nothing other than seamless with the real focus being on patient care and the patient experience. No hesitation in recommending. Jan 21,2024Falls ihr überlegt, eure Nase in Izmir machen zu lassen: tut es! Ich hatte die Liebe Duygu Cabaz als Ansprechpartnerin und wurde von ihr durch die Reise geführt, die reibungslos geklappt hat. Dr. Serkan Gökpinar hat meine Nase operiert und was soll ich sagen, er hat gezaubert! Ich bin so zufrieden, es ist alles am Ende noch mal viel besser verlaufen als ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Trotz der Sprachbarriere in der Türkei war es super einfach, da Duygu einem immer zur Seite stand und geholfen hat wo es nur ging. Ich bedanke mich und kann all das nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Jan 21,2024The care before during and after were second to none. The entire team were so friendly and helpful and all seemed to really enjoy their jobs. The whole process was painless and I would 100% recommend anyone to go here, I will be back for other treatments in the future for sure.
