Consultant, nurses and all hospital staff were super professional and super caring! Choosing this hospital was the best decision I have made! Going back again soon for a second op. Dec 27,2023Amazing! Staff are brilliant. I had Saida as my co-ordinator, even 5 months post op she often checks in with me to see how things are going. Dr Mehmet Deniz was my surgeon on the day at the premium hospital, can’t fault the process from start to finish! Can’t wait to go again for more surgery lol

Dec 25,2023meine nase wurde operiert bei dr serkan gökpinar seine assistentin Duygu Cabaz war sehr nett hat mir all meine fragen vor meiner op mit ganz viel liebe und geduld beantwortet und organisiert .. das Krankenhaus team bis zu Hotel war top .ich bedanke mich an allen die um mich gekümmert haben besonders an Duygu Cabaz und Umut , natürlich auch an Dr Serkan Gökpinar der meine nase so gezaubert hat wie ich es mir gewûnscht habe….

Dec 21,2023Done my rhinoplasty and had a cosmetic eyelids operation at the same time in Feb.23’ in Gozde International Hospital in Izmir.10months later I can say I am more than happy with results.Huge ‘thank you’ to LIZA,who organised everything smoothly- was on the phone with me at 10am,1pm,5pm,9pm or even 1am answering all my phone calls and messages straight away. Liza made me feel very comfortable and look after. I felt safe. The same like another patient from Birmingham who I met out there and had experience with her.We were both very impressed by Liza’s professionalism and huge empathy. Thinking of going back to 🇹🇷 to do another cosmetic surgery. Will be definitely asking her to help. Accommodation, medical care are just great in Gozde International Hospital.Thank you so much!

Dec 20,2023Ich habe noch nie so eine gute Klinik gesehen und erlebt. Dr Damla ist eine ausgezeichnete Ärztin und eine wunderbare Person. Selbst die Nachsorge war tadellos ! Piril war die Person die für mich zuständig war und wir haben bis jetzt Kontakt und sie fragt immer wieder nach wie es mir geht. Sie hat sich immer um mich gekümmert und war 24/7 erreichbar. Ich kann mit gutem Gewissen dieses Krankenhaus empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank an Dr Damla an Piril und auch an Yagmur. Diese Kommentare sprechen für euch <3

Dec 17,2023When I decided to go with Gozde, I reached out via Instagram and chatted with Saida on WhatsApp. She was a wonderful and patient co-ordinator who reassured me, explained the process and sent me pictures. She even gave me a gift too. When I landed at the airport, I was picked in a lovely van, the driver even switched the radio channel to an English one to put me at ease. The hotel was incredibly beautiful and comfortable. I had my surgery the next day after series of tests. I felt the tests were a bit rushed though and the results not explained. The test doctors or nurses hardly smiled or spoke except to give instructions. I guess it's because they've done it so many times, it's now monotonous or maybe the language barrier. Once out of surgery, I was in excruciating pain from the gas. Sleeping and walking around did help. I vomited a lot too and that helped with the gas pain...but by the next day I was already fine, walking around and Sleeping better. The coordinators at the hospital were so lovely and patient, they answered all questions and assisted a lot. The dietician lady is so pretty and lovely. The main doctor who did the surgery was such a delightful man with a santa clause vibe, so cheerful and always smiling. He checked on me via facetime hours after the surgery and came to visit more than three times. The night and day nurses tried their best to communicate and assist especially with pain less and walking timetables. On the third day, though skeptical, I was released to the hotel. I didn't feel any pains afterwards and even had a shower. The next day I was out shopping, went for facials and walked by the seaside. My only regret was not sampling Turkish food before the operation. All the wonderful sights and smell of their kebab and chicken and fruits i saw while walking round town. All in all it was a wonderful experience, not half as scary or painful as I thought it would be. I'm one week post-op now and I've lost 7kg already.

Dec 16,2023This is my honest review about getting a rhinoplasty with Dr Damla Özdemir at Gozde Int. Firstly, my medical co-ordinator Ata was very helpful and very quick to respond when I was in need. I have recommended him to my friends and family when they're considering getting their surgery. Dr Damla was extremely friendly and really cared about what I wanted. She didn't rush me at all and was very honest with me about my expectations. There was also another person who was in charge of my stay and guiding me but i forgot her name (she had red hair). She was also very nice and welcoming. Some of the nurses were very rude and honestly came close to ruining my experience there. The night nurse was so amazing and polite but the other nurses were not nice. Especially the small pretty one with the small teeth. The only time she smiled was when they were discharging me. The hospital and hotel they put me in were very clean and very modern. I was promised "luxury transfers" but this wasn't the case. The surgery itself went very well and i am nearly two months post op and in absolute love with my nose. Dr Damla did such an amazing job, she considered what I wanted but also did what she thought would suit my face and honestly i don't think i could love my nose any more than I love it right now! But i know I will! The price was also very good. All in all I definitely think that it is worth it to get surgery there despite some of the nurses being rude. Dr Damla is very skilled at what she does and is genuinely very kind and caring which made the experience much more worth while. This review is a bit all over the place but I'd definitely suggest to get your surgery here with Dr Damla. Also I'd suggested requesting Ata for your whatsapp queries as he's a very good co-ordinator. I also went alone and didn't find it confusing as the instructions from the travel co-ordinator were very clear. My instagram is "imnotnaila.pdf" if you have any questions.

Dec 15,2023Had my rhinoplasty on the 12th of december 2023 with Dr.Damla and I couldn't be more happy.Everything went smoothly from start to finish.Devrim helped with booking my appointment and everything else that goes with it.He answered all my questions regarding my procedure and transfers . He was always there if i had other questions. I will definitely recommend booking with Gozde International Hospitals. They look after you very well.A+++++

Dec 15,2023I had my surgery on 30th November. From the point of booking until now, I have had easily accessible communication with the staff. I was given lots of information prior to the operation and a booklet regarding diet and health after the operation. I had Dr Eyup Yeldan, who was absolutely fantastic, lovely and easy to speak with and very reassuring when I was going through the motions before surgery and after surgery when I had any concerns. My medical coordinator was Piril, who has been lovely and is always a message away. The hospital itself was very clean and had all the amenities that you’d need. I was absolutely petrified before I went as I was going by myself and was nervous about being put to sleep in another country but honestly there is nothing to worry about, all clinical staff are medically trained and know what they’re talking about. If you are hesitant to book, this is your sign that you should do it! I am now 2 weeks post op and 2 stone down.

Dec 13,2023Excellent communication between Alp and myself from the very beginning. Answered all my questions and doubts I had which put my mind at rest. Everything went smoothly, the taxi was waiting at arrivals taking myself and my companion to our hotel. We were able to do some site seeing around Izmir which is highly recommended it’s such a beautiful city. We were picked up first thing in the morning by a very friendly taxi driver to the hospital where I had several examinations and tests before getting the all go for my operation in the afternoon. All through my stay I had the best care i could wish for. My surgeon Dr Ergin Arslan was amazing so polite and my recovery was quick. I had round the clock care by nurses who work extremely hard day/ night and translators who were bubbly and friendly. I also had surprise visits from Alp who helped me from the very beginning and made all this possible. Alp even came to wish me luck on my departure. If anyone is reading this and considering having a procedure done don’t hesitate and just go for it, you will be in the best hands. I’m even considering going back next year. This is definitely a hospital to trust. Lastly thank you to all the staff and especially Alp for your guidance and professionalism I wish you all the best in your careers

Dec 12,2023I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking about having surgery…from the first message with my patient coordinator Yunus everything ran smoothly…any questions I had were answered quickly and he kept in contact with me from booking to coming home and recovering…I had rhinoplasty and upper and lower blepharoplasty with the amazing Dr Damla,what a lovely surgeon she is and goes above and beyond for her patients..the hospital was immaculate and spotless,I have never seen a hospital so clean…all the staff were lovely and caring too. The hotel is nice and comfortable with good staff who all speak perfect English,the rooms are kept clean and have everything you need to recover,I like the option of ordering room service too…overall 10 out of 10 for everything…I would definitely recommend Gozde and I will be returning in the future for any other surgery I require,thankyou so much to you all 😊 xx

Dec 11,2023Best decision I’ve made! For anyone doubting to go through with this, just go for it! I when’t for a rhinoplasty and everything was beyond my expectations. I had Dr. Damla as my surgeon and she is so talented! Everything is taken care of from the moment you arrive at the airport. The hospital is much better than anything I have seen in the UK or US. Very modern and clean. The hotel you recover in is also very nice and spacious! You won’t have many issues with communication as many people speak English and even of they don’t everyone is very kind! 100/10!
