Nov 11,2021I bought a gravel bike from H2 Gear, very impressed with communications and service. The bike was delivered in a week from order, some small assembly required (as expected, front wheel, seat and handlebars needed to be attached). I was fine to do this, but H2Gear had emailed to offer support in assembly if required. Tubeless tyres were fully set up ready to use, gears indexed, bike was well packaged to prevent damage.
