Very fast delivery from ordering to dispatch to my home address. The bike arrived ready to ride. All I had to do was attach the front wheel, handlebars and saddle.
I ordered a bike which I needed quickly as my son was racing the following week having crashed his last bike. It was in stock so I bought the bike only to be told the next day it was not in stock even though their website showed it still in stock. I then had to ring 3 times before being able to speak to the right person who then just confirmed they did not have the bike. A very poor service I will not be using them again.

The H2Gear website says bicycles will be delivered within 2 days, or during busy periods normally within 4 working days or they will be in touch. I ordered a bike in the sale on the 27th September and to date (9th October) have not received it. However, I have received two mails asking me to review their service... There is nowhere in your order or account details to track shipping, so you have no real indication of what is going on. I tried calling several times, and the phone just rang until the line went dead. I sent an email and received no reply, and after 48 hrs finally received a response to the web contact form I filled in saying the bike would be delivered "at the earliest" from Tuesday 10th October (9 days, excluding the order date and Saturdays). The bike was far and away the best price I found, but so far the customer service reflects that low price point (and of course, I don't actually have the goods yet). In conclusion, better tracking is required, some kind of response from the team, and my advice is to fulfill the order before requesting (twice) a review from your customers.

Got my bike at a good price but forget about the next day delivery mine took a week. Would have given 5 stars if e mails were answered to keep me updated and when you rang the person you needed to speak to was actually there but apart from these small problems good service plus look online for voucher codes I saved an extra £140 by doing it on top of the 25% sale price
Overall a good experience, the customer help I received when needing more information was excellent as was the no-fuss rearrangement of a delivery date to suit me. However when my new bike arrived the assembly instructions were not too comprehensive, the front and rear mechs were not set up very well and there was minor damage to the handlebar tape.
Good value for money and good service.
Delivery took 10 days not published 2-3 days. I had to chase the order. Also rather alarming to get an email from Giant store- I didn't know they were linked to h2 gear.
