Apr 28,2017There was a problem with my delivery - it was the first time anything I have ever ordered online has gone to the billing address instead of the specified delivery address. The mistake might have been aggravating but Louis' response was fantastic. He apologised, figured out what had gone wrong and immediately set about fixing it. A couple of days later and, and with no further hassle to me, the order had been collected and redelivered to the correct address. From a less than ideal start, to an effortless conclusion, it was a great turnaround. Thanks again!
