Nov 26,2016The clips themselves were ok. But I was delayed in getting a friends bike back to him resulting in him having to cancel a training ride. He is a chap with a young family and heavy work commitments so it was less than ideal.

Nov 24,2016The bike I ordered on-line was competitively priced and delivered promptly. I needed to give it a little check over to torque a few hex bolts correctly, inflate the tyres, and a tweak the gear cable but apart from those tiny issues, all was perfect. If you know what you want, on-line from H2 is great. If you want advice and ready to ride set-up, then the guys at the shop are there to help.

Nov 18,2016Ordered a 2016 model giant bike last week, sadly they had non left in stock so they upgraded me to the 2017 better spec bike for same price. Couldn't be happier with it. Very fast delivery. When talking to them though email and on phone they couldn't of been more polite or helpful.

Nov 09,2016Bought a Giant Defy, great price and fast delivery as specified. The problem has been that the gears weren't set up properly before shipping so have needed some work to get right. It's been a good (and overdue) skill to learn though.

Nov 07,2016I live (up north) 200 miles away from their London shops, on their web site I ordered a bike for my daughter to be delivered to her in Oxford, a 2016 bike because it was reduced price, the first working day after my order I received a very polite email and a pleasantly surprised offer. Because the 2016 had already been sold out, I was offered a 2017 bike ( the same make, model) instead, it was delivered to my daughter with speed in Oxford free delivery, she is delighted with the bike and obviously has also made a happy dad, I am a club rider and anything I need bike related I certainly order from this company. First carbon bike dont think you can go wrong wih this bike. postage & package first clas ..well boxed all wrapped in box,,,, pop the front wheel on and handle bars and your good to go... was dubious that i would have to get gears set up on arrival. ...gears working flawlessly, no problems...10/10 All day long..
