Great price and offer (free Kask Mojito), unfortunately the bike arrived in a used LIV box, full of holes and dents, the wheel hub protectors were poking through (I took photo's), no damage to wheels so ok. Worst thing was that this is my first brand new bike and the top of the seat tube had a little paint chip, there was no way the person who packed it could have missed the damage(I took photo's), it's the orange frame so this shows markedly, fortunately the seat post adjuster has a rubberised sliding cover which hides the damage. Fantastic bike though and no complaints about delivery time or pre-delivery e-comms etc.

Had the bike I wanted at a good discount + a pair of cycle shoes. The bike arrived a couple of days later. Took no time to put bars and wheels on. A bit of fine tuning on the brakes and all is good.

The bike was delivered very quickly but unfortunately it had some damage and not all the gears worked without further ajustment which indicates that the bike was not set up as stated .

Saved 20% on the bike with a free £100 helmet. Bike was delivered within 2 days (would have been next day if I'd ordered before 12pm). Good communication throughout the process. Would recommend H2gear

At first I was a little apprehensive at first, as I'd never heard of H2 Gear, and neither had my friends who I ride with. However, after ordering some shoes and a quick follow up phone call my mind was at rest. Excellent communication and service from these guys. The shoes I ordered were too small, the refund was super quick, as was the delivery of the replacement shoes. Would highly recommend for service and the added bonus of free next day delivery. Will definitely use in the future.

I have found this company by accident on internet when seeing an advertisement on the bike I wanted to buy.The communication via e.mail was prompt professional and very customer oriented. Everything was properly tracked , followed and I was always kept informed . Currently the bike is here in original box so I can only recommend.
