Excellent service
Went down on the train to pick up my tcr advanced sl. The chap who did my service was very attentive and did an excellent job. I'm really pleased with the new bike!
Great communication, they sorted the order out very quickly. The order was tracked all the way. Also next day delivery, what more could you ask for. excellent would definitely recommend.
Quick turn around and free spd's thrown in.
Purchased a Propel adv1 online from these and received a Kaas Mojito helmet for free!! Very pleased with purchase and service.
Okay, I was only spending £3 but I urgently needed the part and first class, next day delivery was on offer. It arrived on time and was perfect for the job. It means that when I next go shopping online for cycle kit the first place I'll look will be the H2 site. If the price is comparable to that of other retailers, even a bit more, H2 gets the business. Simple.
Ordered the most expensive bike I'd ever brought on-line, I hadn't used H2Gear before so I was a little nervous not being able to do the transaction face to face. I had no reason to worry, the bike was delivered the next working day, the updates on the delivery kept me informed, and best of all the bike was faultless, and rides a dream.
Found just the bike I was looking for at a great price, ordered before 12pm and my new bike arrived very next day with free delivery, just an awesome service. I will certainly be using H2Gear from now on, just love it. Thanks guys
Great service from start to finish the bike was built well out of the box and arrived 3 days after ordering.
My son decided to buy a very expensive bike from these guys and then changed his order and then ultimatley cancelled his order, in short, not by intention he really mucked these guys around. The customer service and communication were tremendous and despite H2Gear not benefiting in the slightest I still felt as though my custom was appreciated, you don't get that everywhere I can tell you, I really appreciated their help and assistance.
From start to finish I have had probably the best customer service I have ever had, I was worried at buying a bike so far away but the guys have made this effortless and would happily recommend this shop, can't wait to visit it the actual store when I'm next in London
Ordered a bike online but had an email the next day to say it's out of stock - fine and polite communications but not a great online service.
Excellent experience overall. Good communication. Delivery was as requested with notification on the day of a one hour time slot. Easy to assemble bike. Was well packaged. Been on a 10 mile test ride this afternoon - very pleased so far.
No stress buying - really simple ordering and a very quick delivery service. What more do you want. Perfect
I recently bought some cadence magnets. Whilst waiting for a 'dispatched' notice, I instead received a refund email. I'm guessing their online stock was incorrect and they no longer had the item. No communication or apology. Refund was quick I guess and I didn't have to chase the order.
Bought new carbon cycle on cyclescheme, got free helmet as well, quick delivery and at dealing with enq customer service issues. Brilliant service
Thank you, good communication and decent delivery company who delivered when they promised on time.
Very quick and organised. Kept in touch with to me every step of the way
Item £10 - £15 more than advertised previously elsewhere (sadly no longer available from other sources). Ordered item in dark blue, arrived in in light blue. Called branch guy I spoke wanted me to email in rather than trying to resolve my complaint at the time. Quick delivery

Oct 03,2016Bike came in good time. Once assembled, the back brake was rubbing on the wheel (enough to stop it spinning). No number to call, had to email, response time was slow. Advised to take it to my local bike shop. Wheel had to be trued and a new brake wire was required. They refunded the cost and no more. They didn't take responsibility to what happened in transit.
